    It was horrible.  They showed up prior to calling me first.  I asked them to call me within 30 minutes of showing up.  Eric said he would give 30-60 minutes notice before they showed up.  I arrived at the storage unit.  They looked in the unit and said it should be no problem getting the job done in 2 hours.  They started loading up my coats and other wardrobe.  I asked them if I should stay and look over them or leave?  They advised me I could leave and meet them at the new unit.  They called me as they were leaving the storage unit at 9 a.m.  It took them about an hour to load the truck.  I gave his directions on how to get to my new apartment.  It was supposed to be a 15 minutes drive.  I called him 30 minutes later and asked where he was.  They advised me they were driving slow so nothing would be bouncing around in the back of the truck.  They finally showed up and started unloading.  They were throwing fragile items into that wardrobe cart.  They weren't being very careful with those fragile items.  I had some items that were going into another storage unit that was in my apartment complex.  They were just throwing things on top of other fragile items.  Danny, Leroy, and Felix were the 3 movers.  Leroy and Felix were the ones who were bringing the items upstairs to the apartment.  They were very kind.  They weren't being rude or anything to me.  They were just careless with my belongings.  I had a leather couch, love seat, coffee table, end table, mattress, 2 box springs, and the bed frame.  They bed frame was never put together.  It was just thrown into the room.  An antique curio cabinet, from World War I,  was lifted by the legs and broken.  The leather couch and love seats were dragged.  It caused scuffs and scratches on the arms, corners, and bottoms of the couches (front and back).  There was no damage to the coffee or end tables.  Everything was already wrapped with moving blankets before they ever showed up to the storage unit.  Eric insulted his employees and said "not a bad job for a bunch of drop outs."  On my way from from the condo, I received a voicemail from Danny that said "I forgot to talk to you about the gas (money)."  I called Eric after I received that voicemail and asked if I owed money for gas.  Eric said, "Absolutely not, that's included.  If he mentions that to you again, call me immediately and I will fire him on the spot.  My son called and spoke with Eric.  My son told Eric he has never seen such a horrific moving job in his life.  It was just a terrible experience.  I spoke with Eric after the move and advised him that my couches were trashed.  He said he had a great leather guy to come out and fix my couches.  Finally on August 10, Eric called me and offered me $100 "out of good faith."  He advised me if we followed the contract (that was never explained to me) that I would only get $6.  He also asked me not to talk about this on social media.  He wanted me to sign a paper agreeing to it.  I opted out of that, because I feel like people should know about my experience with this company.

    This was an absolute miracle. My husband was extremely sick and since that time has passed away. The first day went to the hospital my daughter and granddaughter came out to see if I'd left stuff in the refrigerator and granddaughter reset the clock. Pulled the chain and embedded one of the things up in the top of the clock itself. I ended up getting the name of the service from a neighbor. After a couple of weeks he came out and had things dismantled and I asked what's this going to run? He said about $1200 and I about dropped my teeth. Anyhow, I routinely pray about whatever I do and I finally said to the Lord after 2 or 3 days, this is ridiculous, I'm handling a life and death every day in perfect peace and I have my stomach tied up in knots over this clock I need to have fixed. I just gave the problem to the Lord and within a few days I got my Angie's List book, which I took to an nursing facility where my husband was by this time and he asked me again if I had wound the clock and I said no.  He said there's an article about clocks in here but it doesn't have anything to do with us and there was a 6 page spread on this clock dealer that had come to my house and put the clock back in order. Completely took care of the situation. Vindicated the smear.

    Paul could not have been more accommodating.  I called him and was able to pull right up to the drop off door where he wheeled out a cart to take my paper to the scale.  For 61 pounds, I gave him $27 and he shredded all of our old papers right in front of me.  Kind of like a live version of How Its Made.
    Would highly recommend this business and Paul for any of your shredding needs.

    I dropped my watch off in January on the 26th.  They told me about 3 weeks for the service.  It is March 27th and not done yet.  Still hoping. . They called once several weeks ago, and said it was done.  But when I drove over, it was the wrong watch.  After some searching they found mine, but it was still in pieces.  I called today and they said it was almost done, and could be picked up tomorrow.  They seem very nice, so I am hoping for the best.  I am a little worried that the watch was forgotten and that they are now trying to rush it back into working.

    When we have had a technician out sometimes things went well and sometimes not. They're traing program must not be top notch. Some times things were rewired because one technician didn't think the last technician did a good job so he would rewire or change a box because he thought that might be the problem.

    I called the Comcast business customers service a lot of times to ask them why my phone still did not working. They usually did not know what happened, they were checking the issues forever, but my phone still did not worked correctly.

    Ben was amazing.
    He communicated well beforehand, and got a good idea of the bikes' condition and amount of work needed, then planned out a schedule to accomodate that work.
    He arrived on time, w/ all his tools, and worked amazingly h****** each of the bikes.  Each bike was over an hour's labor, most of it on a very hot day in or near our garage.
    The bikes afterwards were nearly like new - very smooth, all the gears working again, smooth action, no strange clinkings or noises anymore.  Really great service!  We highly recommend them.

    The job only took a short time, so their callout fee which covered the first 30 minutes of work was all that was required.

    I have a medical practice and Michael did some work on our website.  We had initially hired another designer who dropped the ball.  We were in a mad dash to finish the project and Michael came in and made the whole thing work.  He was able to get aspects of the project finished overnight.  He was incredibly responsive and his work product is first rate.  Highly recommended.
