From Day One we were very impressed with the energy and attitude of the Diamond Bath staff. The initial planning and selection of items and materials was done with Carrie, the Sales Coordinator. She gave us invaluable advice on design and what options were good for our particular situation. She also followed up over the course of the job. Most of all, she was always immediately responsive to any call or inquiry. Most of the work was completed by Len and J.R., who were very professional, always on time every day, and were very friendly and helpful. In the course of the work they were able to track down the source of water intrusion into one of the bathrooms. They were very thorough and did high quality work. We should also mention our gratitude to Tim, the bathtub refinisher who, after a detailed cleaning of our tub, informed us it wouldn't be necessary to resurface the tub after all. We really appreciated his honesty. Bob supervised the work and had weekly meetings with us. Jen in the office was also super!

We were very happy with Gordon and his team and we love our new basement. Our basement remodel included a full bathroom build-out (including moving the rough-in plumbing), kitchenette/wet bar, bedroom, window installation, installing a "thin brick" wall, flooring (GR doesn't do the carpet), stair case finishing and restructuring, and all associated carpentry/electrical. Our basement is over 1,000 square feet... I believe GR Contracting finished 90% - less the mechanical rooms. Highlights: Our carpenters were polite, good with our kids and dogs, and were amenable to some changes that came up at different times. We also really liked our plumber. The work site was generally kept clean. Gordon himself is professional and very responsive. I have a tendency to text things at random hours and more often than not, Gordon responded within and hour or two. Opportunities: We had some communication gaps with the electrician, but ultimately things were made right. There was not a gap in electrical quality or anything like that, just breakdowns in communication that I'd want to make sure are addressed for future work. The project ran a solid 45 days beyond what was originally projected, but some of that was inspection scheduling related... and it should be expected that project schedules are rarely perfect. We're happy with the work and Gordon's team and will use them again. I'd encourage future clients to communicate early and often with Gordon on every detail. For instance, placement of outlets, function of switches, finishing carpentry (e.g. stair cases, etc...) Just make sure both parties are clear on what is in scope (these were some issues we had to resolve, and did so successfully with Gordon).

EXCELLENT JOB!!! As we did not do a total bathroom remodel we were uncertain how a partial updating would turn out. However, the finished product exceeded our expectations. The workmen did an EXCEPTIONAL job and were able to match the new tile and grout to the existing 15 year old tile. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work completed. The workers were organized and cleaned up the work area each day. And Jim, Jen, and workmen were SO.......nice and easy to work with. We would ABSOLUTELY use them again and will recommend them to others. Thanks to Jim and his crew for a job WELL done.

    New Stone Design
Everything went well from the initial visit to measure, to visiting their facility ,to picking out the slab, to installation. They helped me select my sink and faucet as they had ones on display in their showroom. My countertop was professionally installed in less than two weeks! I had wanted to not have a seam ,if possible ,and they made it happen even though it was very hard to get that large piece of granite in my house and installed. On the day of installation their installers waited for my cabinet installers to arrive to make sure that everything would work with the Ikea cabinets already in place. Very pleasant experience and such a great value. I was getting quotes for $1900 and up and those companies did not think they could do it in one piece. I would not hesitate to use this company or recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, stress-free, experience. The kitchen remodel is still going on but I will attach just a couple of picture of the beautiful granite I was able to select.

There was an issue with one item on install quality, upon showing them the issue they immediately agreed to remedy and acted with urgency. Of course having no issue would have been better - but they resolved quickly and within expectation. I would do business with them again

The finished product exceeded our expectations. The job was finished on budget. Any delays were the fault of suppliers or our decision to change some part of the job. The team was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. They were on time, informative and clean up was never an issue. No surprises!

Dave was very professional, prompt, and courteous. There was a problem with one section of the granite in one of the kitchens not matching the color or grain of the rest of the counter top. We are not sure what happened, but it was a very big variation and we did not observe the problem until after the counter top was installed. Dave agreed that the counter top did not look up to par, and that portion of the counter top was replaced with a closer match, at Dave's expense. We really appreciated Dave stepping up to the plate to make the job an A+. Everything else was absolutely beautiful on the first round, and Dave's helpers were neat and cleaned up appropriately. I would recommend Dave, as his workmanship and ethics take him up a notch from many other contractors who we have worked with on a whole-house renovation process.

I have had several other handyman over the years and none of them have been such nice, nice people like they have been.  I have talked to Anne  she  is so very nice and EJ who has been doing the work along with Scott they are also very nice. EJ is the one that comes out and gives us the estimates.  He takes the time to listen what we want and suggest what might look better.  He is such a nice man and Anne going out of her way to do what she did in the pouring rain for a me a stranger. I can't thank her enough. Their work is great so far as what they have done for me.   We finally found us a good handyman and company

I had an ugly 1980's, avacado green bathroom.  Green floor, countertop, toilet, & tub.
I wanted a bathroom 'do over'.
    Diamond Bath Remodeling was wonderful.
When I e-mailed to set up an estimate time, Jim, the owner, was out the same day.
    Very nice man, friendly, courteous.
He e-mailed his estimate out in 3 days, two of them being weekend days.
We were going out of town for 2 weeks, right after we got the estimate.
They started a week after our return.
Brian was the young man that did all the work.  He was the best, did a great job,
courteous, honest, cleaned up everyday before he left.
And best of all, he was always concerned about my concerns & questions.
He was very patient with me, & always with a smile.
My husband says I can be a 'tad' picking, so that's say alot for Brian.

    I love my new bathroom.
Thank you so much to Diamond Bath.  They are all about getting the job done right
and satisfying the customer is #1 on their list.   Mine too!!!

Bathroom was unusable due to pealing shower/tub surround, outdated and "cobbled together" cabinets, and some improperly installed fixtures.  Diamond was helpful in selecting replacements and finding the best design within our budget.  They stripped the bathroom to the wall studs and rebuilt it.  The only original fixture left is the cast iron tub.  The quality of the work done is excellent.  They finished within a day or so of estimated time.  The delay was due mostly to waiting for a replacement counter top for the one that arrived with a blemish in the finish, which Jim (the owner) caught and brought to our attention.  We are very pleased with the results.
