    HSA Home Warranty

I wasn't happy with them at all. The main thing was it took them 10 days to get me heat. It went out the coldest day of the year and it stayed that was for about six days. I also had to use them to repair a water leak out by the road so I did not have any water. It only took them six days to repair the water leak so for six days I was without heat and water for all that time and I was not happy. I did not pay for the service but I am not going to renew it. It seemed like it was $80 or $90 a month to renew it. There was a $100 deductible for every time somebody was sent to the house to evaluate the problem. There were also some things on the furnace that they did not cover. They had to change the pipes or something they had to redo and that was extra. I had to pay for that. That cost about $500. I did not have too much problem with their quality. It was not the people that supplied the work, it was the insurance agency that I use and they would definitely get an F. The people they sent out to fix it were pretty good. They did not call me one time. I had to leave the house so I let them know to be sure and call me when they were on their way because I would be home in five minutes, but they did not get the message. He sat out here and waited for about 10 minutes and finally left and charged me $100 for the call anyway.

    ReloPro

We were very happy with ReloPro when we hired them to move out of the house in August.  I had underestimated the time it would take (sorry Jason and crew), but they made it work, came early and stayed late, and we got it done.  They did a great job packing the PODS to maximize the space.

We knew when the time came to get our things our of storage that we would be calling ReloPro again.  Jason was great about scheduling for us on the day the PODS were to be delivered and getting started with the storage unit first.  It went very well, they did a great job again and we were able to get everything from a 5-bedroom home into the new house/garage by evening.  I would highly recommend ReloPro to anyone with no reservations. Thanks again Jason and ReloPro, we couldn't have done it without you!

    Radick Appraisal

Initial meeting was good. We met with her early July 2015 to have an appraisal for property we own. Tina Radick came out and met with me and my husband and son. Went wee. Paid her for the appraisal on the spot. I asked for a receipt , she didn't have any so she wrote it on the back of her business card. Radick told me within a week she would have our paperwork prepared and sent to us. A week goes by then another so I decide to call her to see what the delay was. Radick told me oh i'm so sorry I have a family member that's doing some bad stuff ( drugs) and she had to make a emergency run down in Missouri to have her arrested before she gets into more serious trouble. Ok I say , I do realize things happen in peoples live and tried to be understanding. Ok, another week goes by and still nothing. I call and she tells me there was issues with the square footage records and that once she resolved that matter she would have my paper work ready. Radick emails me the next day with a e mail attachement of just a invoice and states in the e mail that the appraisal would follow later that day  AGAIN , I wait a week and on 8/3 I shoot her out a email explaining to her that the delay was causing us grief and I thought this was very unprofessional and that upon reviewing her BBB rating that I thought this was a pattern with her. Radick seemed to become angry and accused me of wanting a refund and insisting that she sent documents via email. He BBB rating has the same complaints I have. SO during the course of today I received at least 20 texts from her with all this jibberish explaining that she sent them and that why would I want a hard copy in this day and age and that she really didn't have to oblige me in sending me anything via USPS and e mail was sufficient. Radick even has went as far as saying I was harassing her and that she was scared to deliver my papers. I also asked her that if you sent them via e mail , then why wouldn't you just resend them?? Anyway Radick finally showed up after I told her that if I did not receive the papers TODAY , I would first thing in the morning go to the court house and file charges. The papers/she magically appeared. I just hope hey are correct when I take them to the bank. This was one of the most HORRIBLE experiences I have EVER had with any one I hired and paid my good money to! Ever! Please consumers run far away from ever using Tina Radick Appraisal in St. Clair County IL!

    CHRISTONE ENTERPRISES PROPERTY
Before considering using Christone Enterprises for property
management, or renting a property from them, please read about my
terrible experience with them.  To sum it up, they entered into a
false lease agreement  without proper background checks with two
individuals who destroyed my property built by my grandfather and
caused us to loose not only thousands of dollars, but also the home
that my mother grew up in.
The following negligent, unprofessional and deceptive acts were
    committed by Christone Enterprises:
    1.    The lease for the tenants staring in 2012 was not counter
executed by Christone, including initials and signatures of the
authorized representative of the Leasing Agent, as required.  Not only
does that make the lease invalid for property owners, but it also
takes advantage of renters and their rights.  When I noticed the
discrepancy, I was informed by a representative of the leasing agent
they can counter sign at any time to fully execute the agreement which
    is completely negligent.
    2.    Prior to entering into the contract with the above referenced
tenants, the company stated they received verification of
self-employment from a CPA, and that the individuals were
self-employed for two years.  Later we found out only three months
self-employment was verified. This was never brought to my attention,
and contradicts the lease and application.  Additionally, the
agreement signed by the tenants and the application contained
inconsistent information about the renters, including multiple
variations of their name being contradictory to the names listed on
the first page of the lease.
    3.    In November 2012, we were notified by Christone that the above
renters had requested to vacate the property before their lease was
up. Christone failed to adequately monitor the property after
receiving notification of the above renters of their intent and
request to vacate the rental property in November 2012.
    4.    In December 2012, we did not receive any rental income from
Christone, nor any communication about the missing rent.
    5.    When I contacted them about the missing rent in January 2013
(more than a month after it was due), I was finally informed that the
above referenced renters had moved out, made alterations to my
physical property, completed illegal construction, stole my carpeting,
painted original hardwood floors, and changed the physical structure
and layout of the building. Damages resulting from their alterations
and theft of property resulted in a property value decrease of $8,000
less than the estimated value in 2008--and that estimated value was
even prior to the upgrades we made ourselves including central air and
new flooring, so the property value decrease was probably closer to
$10-15,000.   All of this happened while the property was under their
care, yet they didn't even bother to follow up on the property after
the request to vacate in November until our inquiry in January, and
that's when all of this damage occurred.
    6.    Christone failed to adequately contact and seek legal remedy all
monies due to me, from the above referenced renters until Fall 2013.
    7.  The negligent placement of this tenant and improper
lease/background check resulted in lost rents for the months of
December 2012, January- June 2013, August 2013 of $895 per month.
That doesn't include the repair costs and the lost property value.
Christone failed to adequately contact and seek legal remedy for all
monies due to me, from the above referenced renters, until Fall 2013
(almost a year after their first missed rent payment!).  Even after
they claim action has been taken, it appears to not have been done so
correctly (no big surprise there given the lack of attention to detail
with the rental paperwork) as we have yet to see a penny of that
    money.
    8.   After all the damage to the property, in early 2013 they provided
us with an estimate for what needed to be done to fix the property
from the damage completed by the previous tenants and get it ready to
be rented again.  We agreed to their suggestions (as that's what we
had hired them to do--manage the property), and the fixes were made.
A renter was found a few months later, but in less than a month they
were filing action to get out of the lease because there were major
issues with the condition of the property, including mold.  How is it
possible that Christone made all those repairs and yet we couldn't get
a renter in there for even one month??
    9.  Even a year after firing Christone Enterprises as our property
manager, the house still shows up on the company website.   I wouldn't
trust anything you see on their website based on this.
I urge you to find another property manager or leasing company to work
through.  Christone is like a bad apple.  It looks fine on the outside
but once you get a peek on the inside, you realize how awful it really
    is.

Mark was  really incredible. He walked me thru the whole process and took pictures. He also provided an online report. He is very experienced and easy to get along with. I would use him again. In addition he is insured in Illinois and I found that to be rare.

    Remax Alliance
He was very easy and nice deal with as opposed to another agent that we didn't like. He gave us excellent service and ndash; which we hadn't received from the agent either. After closing on the house, he constantly sent us something nice and ndash; cards, the football schedule for the area, coupons for different things, etc. We're still getting stuff from him!
