  • I highly recommend Dupage Adjusters LLC. Paul did a wonderful job. He is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. He stopped by after noticing our roof. He was very informative and explained the entire process to me and my wife in a way that was very understandable. Dupage Adjusters LLC filed the claim and handled all the paperwork. The whole process was easy and our new roof looks great!

  • The company representative Paul stopped by unexpected after noticing our beaten up roof. He dealt with our insurance company, got approval and scheduled work in about 1 week!. The variety of shingels they offered was really big, something for any taste. They gave us addresses of recently done homes to check how their products look installed, The workers did an excellent job, cleaned up nicely after. I cannot thank them enough.

  • I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Hard-working crew had great respect for my extensive landscaping. Punctual, great clean-up at completion. Used top grade materials. Good follow up. From quote to completion, always had a knowledgeable human contact! I would highly recommend DuPage Construction!

  • Ciraulo & Sons Construction performed a roof removal and installation, as well as soffit, fascia, gutter and downspout replacement. The owner, Peter Ciraulo. spent a lot of time with us answering our many questions to our satisfaction. He made great recommendations regarding the gutters by adding three new downspout locations, and using oversized downspouts on standard size gutters. We are very satisfied with the work completed by this firm.

  • Chris was very honest in that there was no maintenance he could because I need a new roof. He recommended a refund of the purchased deal and Angie's List was prompt with that refund. He provided pictures for me to take to my insurance company.

  • The roofer told us of the importance of a properly vented roof, and that the lifespan of our 30 year asphalt shingles would be cut to less than half if not properly vented. We were told that access to the attic would be needed for installation of the mushroom vents and eave vents, and after a few delays due to weather, the project started. Our roof was installed in 2009 by the previous owners so it should have been in pretty good shape, but Mike kept recommending we add more mushroom and eave venting, and a ridge vent spanning the length of the home. All venting was installed and we had Mike fix the other issues he had addressed; although he never went in to the attic as he told us he would need to, he had told us the work was completed and that the roof was venting properly. Fast forward two years, we had consulted several insulation specialists to see what could be done on their end to make the living space more comfortable and easier to cool. All three of them that came out the first week brought to our attention that: NONE of the eave vents that were added were actually cut all the way through and vented into the attic. They were cut and mounted to the exterior, but the floorboards that led into the attic which would draw air up and out through the mushroom vents that Mike installed were not cut at all. The insulation specialists told us they could cut out all the eave vents properly since they were already in the attic. (Our insulation crew took photos to document for us that this work was not completed properly by the roof repair experts, as well as photos of the completed work) Mushroom vents: The first and only one that is clearly visible when you enter the attic space had been cut all the way through the roof. Our insulation installer noted that of the 6 or so mushroom vents on the north side of the roof, only two had any visible daylight coming through while the others were not cut through properly. Ridge vent: The roofer told us a ridge vent would be extremely helpful in venting the areas of the roof that had a dormer. He also told us that the roof on the dormers had no insulation to impede this airflow. Sure enough, our insulation contractor confirmed that the dormers do in fact have insulation, which rendered the ridge vent totally useless, unless he installs some type of channel for the air to travel up. This leads us to about 5 weeks ago- We contacted the roof repair experts to let them know about the work that was not performed to completion. Initially they offered to fix the issues and reimburse us for what we paid the insulation folks to fix, however since so much of the work was added piece-meal, the eave vents were not written and itemized on the invoice. Due to this, Patti refused to reimburse us stating that we didn't have proof. Fine we said, please then come out and address the issue of the mushroom vents since this was on the invoice (At the time we decided not to even mention the ridge vent because we were not prepared for the expense to open up the drywall everywhere to install the channels, then re-drywall, paint etc.). A couple of missed appointments and several weeks (and multiple contacts with Patti) later, the exchanges began to get more tense. We just wanted the work we paid for completed properly. Instead we kept getting the runaround on when the roofer could come out, and still no agreement to reimburse the eave vents. At this point, Patti had informed us that they would not reimburse us, she questioned if we were qualified at all to make these claims (My wife and I are NOT by any means roofing experts. As stated before, these claims were brought to us by accredited insulation contractors, though it does not take an expert to see that a vent is being blocked by 3 / 4 inch of wood floorboard and plywood on the roof) and basically cut contact with us, refusing to rectify any of the issues.

  • I've used them before to install a skylight. The skylight was 30 years old so that had to get a different skylight and do some carpentry work but they got it in and it looks great. Currently, I'm having an issue with an furnace exhaust pipe, but they are working towards getting it fixed properly.

  • Excellent. The consultant was able to identify gaps at the flashing which he sealed. He reported the roof was in excellent condition with 15+ years of service remaining. He also was very helpful and cleaned out some cottonwood buildup and debris from the exhausts on the roof. Will hire again in the future for any roofing, siding, window work.

  • Everything went as planned & expected, Jeff & staff were great! Would highly recommend this company, actually have already recommended this company to my family in the western suburbs....they too have been so pleased.

  • Roof Tech's worked stopped the leaking. I had previously replaced my gutter and downspouts, thinking that may be the cause of the leak and this would be cheaper than the roofing work. But the new gutters and downspouts did not stop the leak.
