Dane has introduced a regular regimine of fitness and awareness of diet that wasn't present prior to working with him. I have been working with Dane at Newbody Training for about 2 years now. When I started the program, I was nearly 400 pounds and had recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
