All components of the project were thoroughly explained and there are no surprises. Dan even provided a detailed list of items that I needed to purchase, and provided suggestions on where to purchase them. Robert was fantastic with our house and treated it as his own, cleaning up at the end of everyday. The pricing was great, especially considering the extremely high quality (just look at the pictures). We are extremely happy we chose Samanco for our project. ASamanco Construction LtdI had some water lines on my ceiling and obvious water damage around the frame of the patio door. It wasn't obvious where the water was coming in from as there was no obvious entry point. Despite that, Robert took the time needed to make a full assessment. The drywall repair is perfect. It is impossible to see where the drywall has been replaced. Robert works extremely well but also fast and he is extremely conscious about cleaning up after he's done on a project. A different team replaced the sliding door that had been damaged by the water. That team was just as professional and did an excellent job as well!- Yannick L.

ABrighton Home Products IncMy wife and I have used Brighton on several occasions. The Brighton employees do excellent work and are always very professional. Bright has installed floors, interior doors, wainscoting, crown molding and a new front door. When they renovated our bathroom the tile we had selected for our shower was not available. We picked another pattern and it turned out this new pattern that required more detail work. The Brighton employees rolled with the change and our bathroom looks great. AGARAGE FOR YOU INCBob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased.- Michael M.

AFrom the start, Envy was the best contractor we've ever worked with. For our sunroom and steps, they dealt with the permitting, the demo of the hideous old mudroom, and every aspect of the build. There were no "surprise" charges and the entire crew from design to delivery had top notch attention to detail. Unique to 2020 (we hope), they handled the pandemic-related delays with aplomb and kept us abreast of the shipping delays. They were also patient with our custom materials' delay. The workers were conscientious and careful not to damage the plants in the yard. The clean up of the space was great. The final product is... like a dream. It is the space to which we retreat to relax and surpasses our expectations. We got the wooden wall against the house which was a solid decision. One regret: we should have gotten windows where we had panels installed between the top of the main windows and the ceiling... more light is better even when the room is 270 degrees of windows. To his credit, Adam said this when we did the design, but we second-guessed him.

AThe workers did an excellent job with the roof and cleanup. They took the time to do it right. Even though it was originally to be a one day job, it was so windy on the installation day they had to leave but came back at 7:00 AM the next day to finish the job. I definitely plan to use them for future projects.

AI hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction.
