    He is a very friendly, good doctor. His facility is very good. The treatments are always good and I have been with them for years. The office environment is great, but they mess up a little bit on their billing.

    Dr. Bartlett was my primary care doctor for eight years. My final appointment with him was on 01/14/2013. I recently requested a copy of the notes Dr. Bartlett dictated and placed in my file after that last appointment. Here's what he wrote:

    and quot;Patient is a XX year-old Caucasian female who came back in for ER followup. Apparently was seen on the second had an episode where she had nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting overnight on the first, into the second, Apparently was seen initially in Convenient Care, they did not feel like they could see her. Dr. S. was nice enough to see the patient in the office. She felt like there was concern for possible appendicitis versus diverticulitis and sent the patient to the emergency room for workup. At that point in time, she was diagnosed with, I believe, a urinary tract infection and placed on antibiotics that were appropriate. Apparently, by Friday, they had the urine culture back that showed she had MRSA positive in the urine and the antibiotics that they had placed her on were not affective, but apparently no move at that point in time was made to change the antibiotics. I was out of town until Tuesday, Jan. 8. When I came back, Dr. S. spoke to me and we, at that point, reviewed the antibiotics were not appropriate.and quot;

    and quot;I decided at that point in time it would probably be more reasonable to treat the patient with Bactrim as the MRSA strain in her urine was sensitive to that. She apparently was treated by Keflex in the emergency room. Patient comes in because she is frustrated about the care that she received and is frustrated that she took a week of antibiotics that her urinary tract was not sensitive to. She was quite rude to our staff, in fact swearing at my MOA. When I came into the room, she was rude with me initially, also swore at me. I explained to her that I was not going to tolerate that sort of behavior in my office.and quot;

    and quot;She continued to be angry and belittling during the visit, complaining nonstop. We did not really even get a chance to get to the point where she talked about how she was feeling. She did not offer any complaints today about any abdominal pain or urinary tract symptoms. After approximately 10 minutes of this in the office, I stopped the visit and explained to the patient that I was no longer going to be able to take care of her today as she was obviously emotional and being belligerent in the office. She has recently lost her husband to a suicide. I understand that she is quite emotional and I feel for her in that regard but it does not give her the excuse to treat myself and my staff poorly. I explained to her again at the visit that she needed to go home and decide if she wanted to continue with my care as her primary and she needed to treat my staff and myself with respect and if she could not do that then she needed to find a different primary care provider.and quot;

    and quot;There will be no charge for today's visit.and quot;

    It took me over a year from Dr. Bartlett's tirade to choose a new primary care doctor. Fortunately, my insurance changed and I was able to select my new doctor from a wide variety of physicians. I am happy with my new physician. However, I cannot recommend Dr. Bartlett in good conscience due to his questionable bedside manner and lack of professional attention to my critical health scare.

    Advocate Medical Group
    Service is driven by Medicare rules and not by Physician's assessment of patient's needs. The service stops when Medicare does not cover their services anymore regardless of continued need by the patient. The service does not accept a co-payment. It is all or nothing kinda deal for finite duration.
    The service does not accomodate patient's medical needs. Their goal is to discharge you rahter than provide continued care. My mother's conditioned worsenend 2 days after Advocate services ended and she was back in the hospital. This could have been avoided.

    I recommend Searcy so I have access to those facilities. Their staff are friendly and helpful. They seem concerned about my health and the care that I receive. The doctors are thorough and that stands out to me. None of the doctors I've seen have rushed. They remember from time to time which makes me think that they've taken good notes. They also take the time to do reviews. However, their billing has been a mess for years. The people in the billing administration are nice and accommodating and I'm not sure who decides regarding the type of billing that they use. I still think they're the best hospital in town.

    I've been going to Dr. Sehy for physicals for over thirty years now. He is a great guy and doctor. He has a great manner and in thirty years he hasn't found anything major wrong with me so I think he must be doing something right. Check out his head nurse Nina. She is 87 years old and is still working for Dr. Sehy cause she loves it so much. That says a lot to me.

    My physician there is very personable and listens to me. I do not go often but when I have been there, I haven't had any problem getting an appointment. She has been very professional and takes her time.

    I've seen Dr. Sehy for many years. He has always been professional and helpful. This visit was no exception. He was on time, spent time with me and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied.

    Dr. Bartlett has been my primary care physician for about 8 years. During that time he has been professional and thorough, and he has a great and quot;bedsideand quot; manner. I sometimes hand him a list of questions during a visit, and he addresses them one at a time--patiently and thoroughly. He has what you might call a moderate approach to treatment, not rushing in to prescribe treatment or medications when not called for, but he does take care of what needs to be taken care of. I had put on some weight lately, but he never lectured me; he just gently reminded me that losing a few pounds and getting back into the exercise routine I had fallen off of would help get my blood pressure into better numbers--and he was right; it has.

    I love him. He is very interested in what I have to say. He is very thorough and always up to date with regards to my records. He never comes into the room, looks through the record sitting there and then ask for what is going on; he always knows what is going on. He is always very happy to listen to everything that is going on with me and then suggest what to do. He is very friendly and unlike a lot of other doctors he has a good bedside manner. He is very willing to make sure that I get the best care possible.

    They provide quick service and really comprehensive health care. They have good professional physicians as well. The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. The billing and administration is pretty good.
