AThe Scottish PlumberI looked on line for a plumber who could come out as soon as possible to help stop the flooding of my basement. Tom Tolari came within 40 minutes after his assignment for the day. He was able to open the outside trap and rod out the drain line. The water immediately started to drain. He was pleasant and professional leaving the front yard looking clean. Thank you Tom Tolari! Jessica took my call and she was very sweet to keep me calm. AGoode PlumbingExcellent. This was a two-man job, and Mike and Mike fixed the problem with expertise and the highest professionalism. This was old plumbing, which brings its own challenges. For the last part of the job they asked me to show them the location of the main water cut-off value.(so that I knew where it was in an emergency).. A minor issue, but it shows the level of thoroughness they brought to the job. I have used Goode for other jobs, and they bring a consistent level of service excellence.- Michael S.

AExcellent service. Tyler was my plumber. He was early, polite, friendly, and thoughtful. He asked how I wanted things done with every change that was going to happen as a result of the new faucet. He showed me pictures from under the sink (to make sure I understood what he was doing.) When I initially called this company, the person who answered the phone was friendly and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

FThey never made it to my house for an estimate. I had an estimate set up between 3-6 pm on Thursday. At 6:00 Jen called and told me they were running behind and would I reschedule for Friday between 9-12 am. On Friday I got a call and again was told they were running behind and someone would be here soon. By 1:00 still nobody was here, so I called and was told they would check and let me know where the technician was. I told them if they could not be here by 1:30, not to come. At 1:25 I got a phone call saying someone would be here within the hour. Really? I told them to not to come. If their work is as bad as their punctuality, I decided not to even find that out. Not a reliable company. I would not recommend.

AThey installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit just a few years ago, and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price, in fact their quote was considerably lower yet comprehensive. So now we use them every winter for a furnace check up and every summer for the air conditioner checkup. They do a great job every time. We are very happy with them. I've used several other HVAC companies over the years but I think Grand Comfort does just as good or better a job for a more reasonable rate.
