ABest Windows IncI can't say enough good things about John. If you research across various review sites you'll see he has nearly 5 star ratings (w/tons of reviews) everywhere. That's due to the high level effort he puts in making sure his customers are happy. He truly cares and that's reflected in his ratings. This year we had round 2 of window installation (11 windows), during the COVID-19 era, I was concerned if their team won be good about wearing masks. Steve and his crew were extremely good about this and whenever I would see them in the house they had full masks on - no noses appearing where they shouldn't be. I was so happy about this and made me feel comfortable and happy I had selected them for the job. Overall, John's prices are fair, he can be relied on and if there's something that's not right (that you have concerns about) he'll address. And the windows perform very well! They were very professional and efficient. They finished the job in about 4 hours. The windows are beautiful! ADAL BuildersThis was my third time having DAL out for an estimate/project. I knew that they would come through when others would not or could not. I needed to replace a balcony floor (situated over an interior roof) for a real estate sale when time and quality were of the essence. Tim is a great project manager and straight shooter. ADAL BuildersTim and his team were great to work with. We needed serious repair work done on our 16' x 17' dilapidated and damaged deck. Tim was responsive and communicative from start to finish. He was able to come onsite quickly for an estimate and he lined up work to meet our tight deadline and budget. His team came out as scheduled and were respectful and timely with their work (even finished ahead of schedule). They even cleaned out a very full adjoining gutter for us while they were pressure washing. ADAL BuildersWe are very happy with the work that DAL Builders did on our project. Tim is so easy to work with. He is very communicative which was super helpful (especially during a pandemic!). We have worked with contractors in the past who I have struggled to get to return calls but Tim was always on top of our project. Even with all the delays due to COVID - he would periodically reach out to us unprompted and let us know the status of our items. He is also extremely budget conscious. Tim let us know up front the areas of the project that were "unknown" budget wise (for example he did not know how bad the rot was going to be around our door frame) but was able to give us a realistic estimate of what it might cost best and worst case scenario. In projects past with other contractors - in the end we were anywhere from 15-20% over budget. With Tim I believe we were less than 5% over budget and that overage was really just due to the "unknowns". We have never had a renovation come this close to budget (and we gutted our house so we have lots of experience with contractors and budgets). We are happy with the way the work looks and Tim was quick to resolve any issues we had. His crew is courteous, thorough, and always show up when they are supposed to. I don't think there was one time where I had to call Tim and tell him no one was here when they were supposed to be. Overall - we are really happy with the work that was done and the management of the whole project. We would definitely use DAL Builders again!- M S.

ABald Eagle ConstructionKevin went above and beyond to clear city building violations , his crew did masonary work, new concrete driveway , new drain , and fixed my porch. Very professional and gave excellent suggestions to make our dream basement. We wanted the basement framed, insulated, drywalled, and mudded, and that's what we got. With reasonable pricing way within our budget and fast work they did a great job. Alex even went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for us. They even finished the area we started, which they didn't have to do. I highly recommend, would hire again.

AOur project started a couple of weeks late due to weather delays. We were kept informed by RSB well ahead of time, so this was not a surprise. On the start date, Jason was here on time to begin removing old deck. We were told a dumpster would be unloaded in our driveway and the new deck material would be dropped off that first morning. It all went like clockwork. We were told it would take 2 weeks to take out old deck and replace with the new deck and it took exactly 2 weeks to finish the project. The construction workers were here every morning on time and were able to work straight though, fortunately no weather delays for our project. Since it was completed in mid-December, we have not been able to enjoy using it yet. But we have stepped out on the deck and walked down the staircase. It all looks very nice and feels nice and solid. We would definitely recommend Rock Solid Builders.
