AThe Scottish PlumberI looked on line for a plumber who could come out as soon as possible to help stop the flooding of my basement. Tom Tolari came within 40 minutes after his assignment for the day. He was able to open the outside trap and rod out the drain line. The water immediately started to drain. He was pleasant and professional leaving the front yard looking clean. Thank you Tom Tolari! Jessica took my call and she was very sweet to keep me calm. AExcellent Service!! Rich was very fast in determining the culprit, had the part, replaced it and tested. Also got a chance to clean everything inside the dryer. Rich also showed us everything was in good shape, so we won't need to replace it. We also talked about different makes, so we could be informed on any future purchases of dryers: Rich was a wealth of knowledge.

ATalked to me via video chat - I was able to show him the dishwasher and the issue it was having. He told me where to look underneath to find the part that needs replacement and when I was looking at it with my phone camera he circled it on screen to confirm which one it was. Told me what to get and how to replace it once I received it. Very efficient and was able to talk to him same day as problem occurred for the same price.
