OUR VETERINARIAN JUST DISMISSED OUR FAMILY AS PATIENTS.... Rhonda Feinmehl, DVM Practice Limited to Oncology Director of Medicine and Emergency Care, told us to go elsewhere and they would not be treating Solo any longer. If you want to know why, Keep reading.... RECENT BACKGROUND After being at their clinic 3 times (2 ER visits / 1 Cardiologist visit) in the last 2 weeks, we wanted to get Solo back in to see her Oncologist to have her Kidney values checked to see if it was possible to get her back on Palladia. She was on Palladia because she had a fast growing cancer nodule that was being controlled by this drug. The beginning of March, Solo was taken off of Palladia because her kidney values were going up meaning this drug was potentially injuring her kidneys. Last week, we also met with a company called Lap of Love. They provide hospice services for animals. I was told that although some pets surprise them, with all the issues Solo is dealing with we may be looking at 1 to 2 months max with her. So at this point in time we are providing palliative care for Solo. WHY IT WAS IMPORTANT TO EXPLORE THE USE OF PALLADIA AGAIN The issue is when solo is off the Palladia her nose blows up. So I was figuring if the doctors were telling me she had to go off of it because of her high kidney values, if her values were back to normal or lower, we could get he at least on a smaller does of Palladia to help make her nose more comfortable. I just want her comfortable as possible, and the size of her nose is scaring me. HERE IS THE RUB VSC, Oncologist Rhonda Fienmehl refused to let me drop off her urine and wanted me to bring Solo in, in order to evaluate my request for Solo to go back on some dose of Palladia. I had questions, like What are you going to do in this visit that has not been done in the last 2 weeks? Please let me drop off the urine. If it is still high, I will back off on my request. If it is normal or in a range that she could be on it again for a short time, lets get her on it to be more comfortable. Right now, today, Solo is generally still playful, wanting to go on walks, and interactive with us. WE WANT TO KEEP SOLO CALM NOW I have to sedate Solo to bring her in and she is so anxious in the waiting room and even in the exam room. Last visit Paul came with me and we kept Solo in the car until they could see her. So I waited in the exam room until they came to get her. Then I texted Paul and he brought Solo in. When they were done examining her, Paul took her back to the car and I finished up with the doctor and payments. After 3 separate conversations with one of Dr. Fs assistants, explaining, that Solo just saw Lap of Love, and history of multiple medical problems . 1. Cancer/lung nodule, 2. Ear tip vasculitis, 3. Hypothyroidism, 4. AV block, 5. Cushing's 6. Pacemaker implanted in December after developing congestive heart failure from her AV block. That we just want to make her as comfortable as possible IN THE END They called us back and instead of answering our questions, Dr. F. instructed the assistant to let us know they will not be treating Solo any longer. They would be happy to send her records to another vet. They are canceling the appointment. This doctor would not have a personal conversation with us. We have spent $12,016.00 with VSC in the last 2 years. Kim was great. We got e-mails every time she checked in and when she checked out of the house. She also sent us a separate e-mail with some notes and information on how things were going. My mind was put at ease when I would get the e-mails telling me she was at the house and how the pets were doing.

They are for humans and pets. It's not just a pet Cemetery. They were excellent. I went to them. It was like 3 days later or so to come pick up the ashes. They were very sympathetic. The service was good. I was very impressed with the whole service. I thought they were great.

Three or four vets in the facility. We mainly deal with Dr. Stewart Clark. We have been going there for about twelve years with our dog, and they are very compassionate. The are very helpful. They love all the animals that come in there.

    Professional Pet Sitters
Very bad!  I contracted with them to come to my house and take care of my dog while I was out of town.  I have used their service before with no problems.  I filled out the on-line reservation and checked to see that someone was assigned.  I returned home after two days to discover no one had been to my house and my dog had been left without food, water or being let out!  I have tried calling and emailing Professional Pet Sitters to find out what happened and no one has contacted me. It's one thing when a company provides poor service, but for these people who proclaim to love pets to do this, then ignore me is outrageous!  What if I had been gone for more than 2 days? I took a screen shot of my reservation, so I know it was on their schedule.  Do not trust this company with the care of your pets!

    The overall experience was poor.

Our families dog was kenneled at Tops In Dog Pet Boarding. The kennel never notified us nor contacted the local veterinarian, or emergency dog assistance to report any conflicts or issues with our dog while he was boarded at their kennel. The day we picked up our dog from Tops In Dog Pet Boarding he died within less than 24 hours. We are heartbroken by the loss of our dog, and we are pursuing conversations with this kennel directly and the BBB.

They poop scoop every two weeks and mow the lawn once a month. That's pretty awesome. The employee was extremely friendly and courteous. I've recommended previous services that I've used to friends, and I will recommend them as well.

They are very good with a very pro-active, knowledgeable staff. They are also a very good boarding facility. They have full service. If Dr. Leslie Cook doesn't have the answer she will refer your animal to a specialist. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. I drive 25 minutes out of my way just to go there. Her staff is very knowledgeable and never grumpy and always concerned.

They do a great job. We've had them coming for several months now, and are very pleased with the service. They come when they say they will, they text us when the yard has been cleaned (this is optional - you don't have to get a text if you don't want one), and they even bring dog treats for our dogs once in a while!
    Highly recommended!

The vet and assistant were very nice and informative about our puppy. However, my one issue was during the exam they asked if we wanted her nails cut, this is our first puppy so I didn't realize they would charge $17 for trim her nails that weren't that long. Other then that all was good.
