    Scientific Home Services Ltd
Everyone I dealt with was polite, punctual, and professional. An error occurred because half-screens were installed when I had ordered full screens. The full screens were ordered immediately and have already been installed. I was asked if I wanted to keep the half screens. When I said that I didn't want them, they were taken away with all of the other trash. I was not billed for the final installment of 60% until the mistake was corrected. Great company!

    GCM Construction Professional Basement Remodeling
Guy was the best contractor we ever dealt with. He was also punctual, and we were never blindsided about inevitable delays when happening with working with this number of sub-contractors. He was clean, professional, and always checked in nearly every morning and evening. He addressed all concerns in a timely manner, and we were beyond happy with the finished product. We would use Guy again in a heartbeat.

    P&L Construction Services Inc.
We needed to replace our kitchen floor. Not the tile but the entire floor. It was time to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed several different contractors. P&L Construction was the clear winner. When you hire P&L (which you should) you get more than Paul and Lester. They bring with them highly skilled carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters and anyone else necessary to do what you need and do it very well. We were completely clueless about what we wanted. We knew we wanted to move the clothes washer and dryer away from the counter area in the kitchen. Paul was our primary point of contact and saw we were confused about what we wanted to do with the kitchen, the washer and dryer, and the adjoining pantry and powder room. Paul made several suggestions to get us started. He was always cautious about the costs and made some suggestions that would save us money. Paul gave us an itemized estimate on the costs separated by carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. P&Ls crew came in and completely rebuilt our kitchen area. When the floors, tile, cabinets, windows, moving and concealing the washer/dryer and other improvements were done the house looked like new. We were so impressed with the quality of the work that P&L did we hired them to do the rest of our home. Our house is now beautiful. Its notable that the suggestions that Paul gave us are complimented the most when friends come by to see our new home. You would have a tough time finding anyone better than P&L Construction when it comes to quality, pride in their work, and most importantly results that will impress you. Id give them A+++++++.

    Ultimate Remodelers Inc
The whole process was excellent. James was very detailed in his pricing and explanation of the project. Everything was flawless from the ordering of the door to the installation. Everything was on time, with a detailed explanation of what had to be done. The installers were clean and professional. Once the original front door was removed there was additional work that had to be done. I was shown the problem and how it was going to be fixed. The problem was corrected and the new door was installed. The whole process was great! I highly reccommned Ultimate remodelers .

The young man (son of owner) worked continuously to replace our door. Very diligent, efficient, etc. Will we hire them again? You bet we will. Actually this is the second time they have done work for us.

    McCann Window & Exteriors
Kevin showed up on time and we have learned that this is not always the case with contractors. We did not use McCann because their prices were higher than the other contractors and also, Kevin left out a key component in our quote which added $1,000+ to the overall price.

Handy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & Bath
Fabulous experience. Started with a bathroom remodel and was so pleased with the outcome and their professionalism, high quality of work, promptness, recommendations, communication and desire to please so hired them again for the other bathroom remodel. That was also a terrific experience so continued hiring them to fixing problems in other rooms in addition to handy men type projects around the house plus painting and wall paper removal. They did a wonderful update of our kitchen and powder room and offered wonderful recommendations that kept the costs down. We had internal storm damage to the upstairs/garage and when I called for help, Andy had his crew at our home the next day to begin fixing the damage. The more we used their services the more pleased we became. Praise their work ethics, honesty, great advice and that they treated our home with respect and care while working in it. Scott is amazing, he cares so much about the quality of his work. His tile work is just beautiful, a real artist. EJ took ugly bumpy walls and sagging ceilings and made them beautiful. It was great having all of the crew in our home. Everyone was wonderful. Ginger gives great decorating advice, working within our budget. Andy is very responsive and someone we trust.

    The Painters
Services Rendered 1/15/2018 - Overall, things went very well and we are very pleased with the results. We have been preparing our home for sale and the comments, from realtors and prospective buyers, show that they were impressed and pleased as well. Tom came and gave us an itemized quote. I work out of our home and Tom's crew was always polite and professional. Tom and his crew leader were always available and responsive. We did have one small mishap, but Tom did not hesitate and took care of the repairs. We were also very please with his flexibility. We needed to shift dates, add and remove items from the list and there were never any problems. He and his crew were also willing to provide input, which was helpful. They did not just do what they were asked to do. They provided experienced input. As a side note. One of the items on our list was to remove a popcorn ceiling and make it look good. I have heard, this is a difficult task, but Tom's crew removed to popcorn and you cannot tell it was ever there (see attached photo of living room).

    Budget Right Handyman
The first attempt resulted in the contractors shattering the door into a million pieces destroying the stationary glass door. They charged me $260 for putting up the shower rod improperly, although at the time i did not realize this. The installers- Mario and another person- blamed the glass door being that they shattered on improper tempered. I believed this because I have no knowledge of tempering. I was originally charged an addition $130 for 1 hour of clean-up in addition to $260 labor for just the rod installation. During clean-up they lost several small pieces used in the assembly of the shower door. The $130 was later refunded but with great effort on my part. The 2nd attempt to install the door resulted in the entire door assembly sliding back upon itself and the glass and hardware not aligning correctly due to a large bowing of the rod. The installers blamed the shower rod being unable to support the weight of the sliding glass door as reason for the bending/bowing. 2 hours x 2 people = 4 more hours worth of work for a total of 8 hours and the door was still not completely installed. The contractors told me to call the manufacturer to ask for a replacement part. They charged me an additional $260 for a grand total of $520 for a door that was not properly or completely installed. The manufacturer indicated that not only was the hardware not the problem but it was obvious the installers failed to follow directions and the whole assembly would require being taken down and reinstalled (i.e. redrilling holes in the tile that would be visible). Now I can't replace the tile as it's no longer available in the store where I bought it. So the entire bathroom shower area must be re-tiled. $1000's of dollars worth of damage from a door install. They also stole/lost my tools and destroyed my wife's towel in the process so that is just adding insult to injury.
