    The service person, Willie, was very knowledgeable and explained several things I need to do to help keep the air conditioning in good shape. My system is a few years beyond the normal life span so he recommended replacing it if a minor R22 freon leak continues. He said I would need an expensive leak test and since R22 is no longer produced, it is very expensive. I had gone beyond the expiration of the deal but they were nice enough to honor it anyway. Thank you very much!!

    Great experience, super nice tech, very responsive called in the morning around 10am and had a tech at my house by 1:30pm. Took the time to answer my questions and gave me less expensive models to choose from. Did a great job with installation and the system is super easy to program which means we are taking advantage of cost savings by actually programming the system to drop temp when we are not home or at night. Also HQ called after installation as they cared about my experience and made sure that I was applying for the manufacturer rebate. I would definitely call them again, and I have been a loyal customer for years as they offered same great service and good techs servicing the account. Thank you for a great experience!

    I left a message off hours and John very quickly responded and setup an appointment at a time that worked for me. He was very professional and spend a good amount of time reviewing all the options we had and presenting options. Unlikely other companies he did not try to up sell us into more expensive units and determined we did not need to replace our furnace by inspecting and testing it. There was no pressure at all and he was also quick to respond to follow up questions.

    At first, I had an 8 a.m. appt. and an 11 a.m. appt. Which was fine because I just called yesterday and can't expect everything to be done at the same time. Well, to my surprise Carrie was able to have both repairmen come at the same time so it wouldn't interrupt the rest of my day. the plumbing was repaired and the A/C was cleaned and checked. All is well in my world!

    The technician arrived a couple of hours later, so my initial impression was very good. The tech diagnosed a faulty gas valve/thermostat on the water heater, performed a tune up on the furnace and identified a capacitor on the furnace's blower motor that was no longer holding a sufficient charge. He replaced the capacitor for a $285 fee. As for the water heater, the tech did not have the part available, but said he'd got it working and that he'd have the office call back with an estimate to replace the part. Nobody ever called back, but the unit worked for a few days. But when it failed, I called them back and asked for the estimate. The next morning, they called with an estimate of $788! I'd looked up the part and it was $155. $633 is ridiculous for labor, so I asked for a break down of parts and labor. The response was that "we don't break it down that way". Needless to say, I declined their services. I called another company who came out same day, and cleaned the burner for $85. The water heater has been working fine since, and now I'm questioning the need and/or price I paid for the capacitor.
