AAbsolute Doors & Home Services IncSam was very knowledgeable & explained what he was inspecting to fully diagnose the problem. He replaced the sensors and noticed that the existing wire had cracks in two places. He replaced the wire and was apologetic that he would have to charge me for the new sensors. Cost of repair was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Absolute Doors & Home Repairs and will call them for other household repairs.- Gloria B.

FMake sure you read the (negative) reviews first as it just might happen to you. The installers just never showed up. I was initially given a specific time for installation. Install time rolls around and I have to call Randy to find out where they are. Finally, I get a call an hour later to say they are on their way. I mention that they are over an hour late and am told with an attitude "Well, take that up with the person who does the schedules." Later, Randy calls to tell me "Installing garage doors isn't an exact science" and his guys "had to eat lunch." (1) I know, I'm a scientist; (2) Definitely eat lunch, it's important; (3) My complaint is that I had to call YOU to find out when your guys would arrive; (4) Your response should have been a NEW time window for when to expect their visit; (5) This is just bad business. I might have dodged a bullet as this might have been an indication of a future customer service response from A-All Style.

AThe R&S on-time estimate was done at the same time as the garage door inspection. The price was very competitive. Unlike another bid, R&S did not need to reframe my 50 year old doorway. Communications were easy with the company owner Russ. The work began a few days later, and I didn't have to wait weeks for the new door as required by another door company. Dale, the expert installer, had the old door out and the new door installed within 6 hours. He made some adjustments quickly at my request. Overall, an excellent company to do business with.
