They were professional, very neat, timely. We were very pleased with the work. They were a little higher than other quotes but we chose them b/c we had the most confidence in them. We made the right choice.

I realize this was a big project and explained in detail what I wanted several times.  I was asked to pick out a color of stain from a swatch that was little more than a 1 inch square--the surface of the back deck is the entire length of my house plus 2 other adjoining decks.  The backyard decks were a 2 tone color process.  Again, I realize the size of the project they would undertake.    I was taken back at first because on the first day of prepping the front stairs (sanding and scraping) a lot of the paint chips were all over my adjoining bushes, grass and landscaping.  Thinking they were not done, I thought maybe they would do a thorough job of clean up once finished.  I was wrong and I ended up using a leaf blower to remove the paint chips and saw dust (from sanding) from my landscaping.   The next thing that went wrong is the color of the deck when finished.  The color I thought I had picked out was a dark gray.  When I saw the deck completed, it was blue.   Thank goodness one of the workers was still there.  He explained that the deck was the exact color I had picked out.  I showed him my one inch sample and the color of the deck was NOT the sample, even though the color listed on the stain itself was the exact color name I had picked out..   After a few conversations with the owner, he had a manufacturers rep. come to my house to check the color sample.   The representative agreed that the color of the deck was not the color I had asked for and went beyond my every expectation of having me pick out a custom color (anything I wanted) and the entire job would be restained at their cost.   Needless to say, when it was all said and done, I was quite happy.  My deck is beautiful--more than I had hoped for!!!!!

    Steadfast Painting Solutions Corp
It was such a pleasure working with Steadfast Painting Solutions.

Anthony gave me a quote the day he came to look at my house, no waiting for the quote to come weeks later. All the work to be completed was included in detail in the contract. Once I agreed to hire Steadfast, there was no pushing to get the down payment.

Randy, Jimmy and Roger worked on my house. All 3 of them were on time and very nice and friendly. Supplies were stored neatly each evening. They were very accommodating to my requests - like changing door color!

There were very minor touch ups and my final walk around which Anthony completed on the spot.

I would highly recommend Steadfast - it was so easy to work with Anthony and his crew!

They did a fair/good job. My issues were that they missed a spot on my house; I had to remove it myself. They also did not wash the underside of my deck and they missed some of the mildew. When they patched the siding, they used shipping tape and painted over it too.

Seven foot crack in kitchen soffit. Wally replaced and repaired drywall meticulously. Primed and painted soffit and attached ceiling. Wally was professional, courteous, ONTIME, and very tidy. He tented my entire kitchen to help keep the dust contained. Upon completion he cleaned up wiping all countertops down, vacuumed and took all of his garbage with him. I highly recommend Wally. I am very fussy and don't like a mess. He did outstanding quality work. Also, made it very clear that if I found any problem he would return anytime within six months at no charge. Highly recommend!!

In February the owner came out to my house to give me an estimate for painting the exterior trim on our house.  I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to include additional items.  He included up to 50 feet of wood replacement and gave me a cost per foot if it went over that.  He included replacing a vent cover and also removing an awning that was attached to some of the trim that had to be replaced.  They were not the cheapest but based on my encounter with the owner and with the rave reviews on Angie's List I went with them.  They kept in touch during the spring to let me know when they would get to my house. They were delayed a few times but kept me informed. They came out the end of May to do the work but it took longer than they thought due to weather.  We ended up not being home when they finished the job.  When we returned from vacation it was storming and when we got into the house we found that our 14 foot retractable awning had been left extended in the storm. It was full of water.  I was able to remove the water and retract the awning.  The painters had to extend the awning in order to paint around it but failed to retract it.  Another awning, a custom made bay window awning had to be removed and was put back up per the contract.  However it was not put back up correctly.  I had to make some emergency repairs.  The actual wood replacement, painting and caulking was extremely well done.  I spoke with the general manager who apologized profusely, told me not to pay anything until they made it right.  I worked with the awning company and they had to come out and remount the bay window awning.  The retractable awning, while stretched a bit, was working and since it was 8 years old I decided to just let it go. The GM agreed to reduce the invoice by the cost of the awning company coming out.  At this point I was very impressed with the way the company handled a bad situation.  I paid the final invoice and then reminded the GM that I never got the left over paint back.  They had missed one spot that they had repaired and I was going to touch it up myself.  Once I paid the final invoice, I never heard from the GM again.  I tried multiple times to no avail.  I was not sure how to do the rating.  They did a great job on the painting, caulking and wood replacement.  They failed miserably on the awnings but I was willing to over look that based on how well they initially handled the problem.  But the fact that they stopped communicating after I paid my final bill left a bad taste in my mouth and that affect my rating.

No response from company on quoting an interior commercial painting job.  Will be putting on my Do Not Contact Vendor list.  If a company doesn't even respond to a request for quote, I certainly will not entertain doing business with them in the future.

The crew was very friendly and professional.  They arrived promptly every morning, ready to go, and worked hard and meticulously to complete all of the tasks.  They did such a great job on all of the work - not missing any de tails and taking extra care.  They cleaned up after themselves every day and were respectful of my home.  They went above and beyond - even cleaned my ceiling fans!  I am so pleased with the new paint, closet doors, blinds, etc.  It's like having a new place!  The guys were great to have around - sometimes contractors can be aloof or unprofessional, not this crew.  Everyone was very courteous, smiled a lot, asked questions to clarify at times and always were friendly.  They obviously have high standards, as the lines, trim and carpentry was flawless.  I really appreciate the final result and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

    Prime Time Painting
First, they promised me a receipt for all the paint they bought and I did not get those. They were sappy with the painting of the brickwork. They had some one do the carpentry work but he too didn't do a good job. He had to redo some of it. I had an issue with carpentry. Then I had a contract to remove all the waste from the job site. They too didn't do a good job.
