    It went perfect. The doctor worked me in to hi schedule, and repaired the tooth in less than an hour. I've been going to Dr. Anderson for 33 years and he and his staff have always been wonderful. The cost of service listed below is a best guess, because it was submitted to my insurance company and I will be billed for the difference.

    The office was very nice, felt clean and very well maintained. the assistance greet me right away and took care of the paperwork. They were very good with the military paperwork and insurance. After the check-up we got an appointment for my wife and child for the same day and time. My wife was happy do not have to take two trips.

    I seem to get good care. They seem expensive, however -- I've gotten 3 crowns and an implant. They replaced a broken crown and explained why I should go with a more powerful alternative, gold. It seems like everytime I go in there they charge me an amount while I'm there, and then I get a bill in the mail. They do good work but their billing leaves something to be desired. They respond quickly when you come in for an appointment. The staff and the dentist are friendly.

    I was told my daughter had 4 cavities. She has never had any cavities before. She is 15 years old. The hygienist came and told us. Dr. Littlefield NEVER came out and talked to me regarding her cavities. They had seen her 6 months earlier and never mentioned putting sealants on her teeth and now she has cavities? I discussed my concerns with the hygienist right outside the the dentist's office there in the hallway, and she never came out to talk to me. I would think that if a child has 4 cavities (esp after not having any prior), the dentist would want to talk with the parent.
    A month later, I went and got a second opinion from another dentist who came highly recommended. He found nary a cavity in her mouth. I even brought her records with us. Told him she was told she had 4 cavities. And he found NO CAVITIES. I will never go back to Dr. A. Littlefield. And I am recommending others stay away. I can't help but think she is finding "phantom" cavities to make more money.
    I can't give an accurate assessment of Dr. Littlefield's "Bedside Manner" as I never saw her. At this appointment she did not come out and talk to me. My children have had no problems with her bedside manner. But from my point of view, there was none.

    It went very well, the doctor knows very much how to work professionally. She had good bedside manner and explained what she was doing. My wife was very anxious and she put her at ease. One of the best offices you could go to, they are customer friendly.

    We've been going to Dr. Eric J. Schlechte for years. He is always able to squeeze us in if we ever have a problem. He has done everything that we needed to have done. We've been going to him for almost 10 years. Every once in a while, I had to wait to get in. Once I had the initial visit, I had to wait to get in to get the fillings done. He is very good. He is very punctual.

    We see him twice a year. He provides good, conservative and solid care. He is very consistent and he does not go overboard. We have had a good experience with his staff. You do not wait there at all. You barely get your name signed in. He is never overbooked. We have been with him for over 20 years.

    She's always good about explaining things and why she thinks this is the best type of repair over another choice. She's fixed me up with a mouth guard to avoid more cracked teeth. The office staff is always friendly. The assistants are good and they sit with you while you wait if they detect nervousness. All in all, if you have to go to the dentist, this is a great place.

    The Gentle Dentist
    A fantastic experience!  I was impressed from the beginning and selected this company due to the excellent Angie's List reviews.  They were every bit as good as I hoped.  

    All 4 of my family members had their teeth cleaned and they took extra time and care with my 2 year old as it was his first visit. They accepted our insurance and scheduled our appointments back to back.  We were in and out in about an hour and a half.  We waited in the waiting room about 10 minutes filling out paperwork and they immediately took us in upon completion of the forms.

    The hygienist suggested that I personally switch to an electric toothbrush as I brush too hard and it's eroding my gums.  I explained that I've never used an electric and didn't want to spent $100 on a toothbrush and she actually gave me a sample electric toothbrush. I looked it up online and it's a Dazzlepro Advanced that costs around $100.  I was blown away.  I've been using the toothbrush since and am very happy.

    I am a very happy new patient and will gladly return with my family.  A+

    People are really personable there. I really liked them. I've been going there since 2011. They're really nice. It doesn't take all day to be in there. The staff is pretty good. I particularly like this one. I could go right in and get the work. I don't stay in the office for 20 - 30 minutes before I see the dentist. The treatment was great. I didn't have any complaints about it. I pay as I go. I had some dental work done and I pay through my credit card. My insurance company only paid a portion of it. I had to pay the whole thing but then when I called them back and told them, I got my check back within three days. That was unhurried of to get my check that fast. I would use them again in the future.
