    They did a great job. They were great. They are very professional. I got right in. Yes, you make an appointment. He is ok with it. Shots are a whole new experience for him. You don't make an appointment, you just show up. We adopted the dog, and all the shots were taken care of.

    Dr. Soydan is GREAT!! 

    Not that I wish anyone to have to go see her for their pet, but if you need an expert in animal cardiology you would be hard pressed to do better!!

    As a graduate of Cornell (the center of cat health and research!!) and completion of an extensive 3 year residency in Cardiology, she has a broad and deep knowledge  of heart issues and disease.  She has a great pet-side manner of comforting both me and my cat.  She clearly explains what tests will be done and how it will impact your pet.  (In my case he had 2 areas near his arm pits shaved for the electrodes that she said he may lick at for a bit.)

    Following the testing, she provides a clear and complete explanation of her diagnosis, recommendations for care and follow-up. She provides documents on the disease details authored by herself. She works in concert with your regular vet, informing them of all tests and results.  Very friendly, very approachable, answered all questions in easily understood terms.  Clearly loves what she does and cares about her patients.  Makes herself available for any questions or concerns you may have after you leave the clinic.  Highly Recommend!!

    It has been excellent. We've been going there for so long. We just really like the vet. She's naturalistic. Whenever possible, she likes to do a list of things to make sure they're eating right and she doesn't like to just give them drugs.

    The meet and greet before the first walk was interesting.  Three walkers attended.  My easygoing dog seemed to like Walkers 1 and 2, but resisted letting Walker 3 get near him.
    For the first 7 or so walks, things were fine.  The scheduling was easy.  The walker left a cheerful note describing the visit.  Then, in October of 2015 PP sent Walker 3 to see my dog.  She called me while she was at the house and told me via voicemail that my dog was growling, barking, trying to bite her, and wouldn't let her put on the leash.  So she gave up and left.  Then she came back later in the day and finally got him out for a walk.  PP then charged my credit card for 2 visits.  I called them and requested a refund for the second visit and they mailed me a check.
    When it came time to contact PP for the next walk, I asked Lisa, who does my scheduling, to send someone other than Walker 3.  She said that wasn't possible and thought that Walker 3 would do fine.   Walker 3 did ok on that visit, I think.  Her note said that they went for a walk.
    The most recent appointment was on January 9, 2015.  The weather was bitter cold.  Walker 3 again.  I left her a note saying that a very short walk or time in the fenced backyard would be enough for my dog.  I emphasized that he needs his coat, as he is a small shorthaired dog.  She left a note saying that she couldn't get his coat on.  She managed to get him into the yard for a few minutes.  She again described growling and barking.
    The next day, January 10, 2015  my other, more reasonably priced walker came to see my dog.  The weather was still bitter cold.  She left a note saying that after some encouragement, my dog went for a 15 minute walk with her, wearing his coat.
    I will not use Passionate Petsitters again.

    The staff were great to work with; I was able to call and get an appointment without an issue. We hadn't had our dog into the vet in a few years, so we went with the full work up (which was a bit expensive for us, but ok given everything we had done). I will definitely go back.

    Our average visit has been about $60 but it does vary depending upon what treatment you get. When we first started there where only two vets, now they have up to thirteen vets. So they have gone from a Monday through Saturday set time to a seven day a week open veterinary service. They open at seven thirty in the morning and do not leave until nine at night. They also have an answering service that can help as well. They have two surgeons on staff and they have a wide scope so they can treat reptiles, they can treat dogs and cats, they can treat almost anything because of the number of vets they have on service.

    We took our dog here for leg surgery. We were very pleased with the follow up care that he received. They gave us a payment plan so that we did not have to pay the entire amount up front. We have also been pleased with their regular veterinary care in the past.

    We took her home and came her fluids and care. When we kept her at home as long as possible, we told her back to Countryside.  Dr. Favale did things differently than we were used to with Dr. Swanson. However, his demeanor is very calm and compassionate.  He was very gentle. I could tell he didn't want my cat, or us, to suffer.  He put her down for us. We've been through this with other pets.  If this could ever be an easy situation, this was it; he made the entire experience more compassionate and gentle than I'd experienced in the past.  A few days later, we received a sympathy card from him, and we'd never received care like this before. Dr. Favale clearly felt our pain and really made this an amazing final act for our beloved cat.  I know that I gave my cat everything I could without letting her suffer.  I knew I did the right thing.  He is a very talented veterinarian. I can tell in his face and eyes that he was really "there" for us.  Dr. Swanson made great judgement when giving the clinic over to Dr. Favale.  It is not very often that one is so fortunate to find two great veterinarians in one lifetime; we are very blessed to have Countryside Animal Clinic.

    Our dog has a chronic liver issue and is on medicines for it. She had had her teeth done three years prior at another clinic. She was diagnosed with the liver issue 2 years ago. After being on meds and getting it under control the vet here thought it was a good time to do the procedure. She had intra venous fluids as an extra charge. We felt it was well worth it. When we picked her up she was perky and hungry-totally normal. She ate that same night and had no problems at all. We were very relieved that there were no problems with the procedure and with her swift recovery.

    Monica came to apartment to visit with wife and I and pups. She was extremely professional, responsive to our 'babies' needs and caring. She would not take them on as clients until she had met the dogs and they/we had met her. She took down all our little tips and trick and idiosyncrasies. She or her worker came and took care of the dogs. Not only taking them out to potty, but giving belly rubs and a brief play-time with them to break up their day (between noon and 2). I was left daily notes on how the walks went, the attitudes of the dogs (one is spoiled and needs to be coaxed out to walk) and what business they did. The daily notes kept me informed of what happened and how they acted. It was most re-assuring. When one of them #2'd in the apartment, the mess was cleaned up. One night I had to be out of town and didn't want to take the dogs on the long (~6 hour) trip, so they spent the night at her home - she reported to me when I went to pick them up that they had a great time there with her two children - as our "girls" love kids and love attention. Monica took them overnight on a moment's notice without any extra charge - in fact, she didn't really charge me enough because they spent some time in her "doggie daycare" and she didn't charge for that - in fact, she even deducted the daily amount she normally charged for their day break! I would trust my dogs lives with Passionate Pet Sitters and Monica and her helper, Cyndi; as in fact, I did. This was the best service I have ever, EVER had for my pets. I most highly recommend them to anybody needing a brief care for their precious pets or long-term.
