  • Small engine master.  On time and on price.  Very fair and straightforward snow blower tune.  Tune included checking a whole bunch of items that I really wouldn't expect to be covered in a tune up.  Had the parts and fixed all the items that he uncovered all within the scope of a "tune up".  Great guy!

  • The company was very responsive.  They sent me an email about 35 minutes after I purchased the coupon.  That was on a Tuesday afternoon.  I called them and scheduled them to come out for the service first thing on Friday.  Their technician, Dennis arrived on time.  He was very good and very knowledgeable.  We had been having problems with the furnace burners going on and then shutting off while the fan stayed on blowing cold air.  He quickly found that the problem was a dirty flame sensor, and cleaned it.  He also noticed that the burner furthest to the right was making a rattling noise only when the fan came on.  He said in his experience that usually meant there was a crack in the heat exchanger.  He said if that was the case, it was time for a new furnace.  He inspected the heat exchanger with a camera scope.  Upon close inspection with the camera, he could not find a crack.  He discovered that 2 screws were missing that attached a back plate to the heat exchanger right behind the rattling burner.  This was probably done by a technician we had out previously. He replaced the missing screws, reassembled everything, and the rattling noise  was gone. He said it was the first time in 15 years he had seen something like that be the cause of the noise.  Most technicians would have just tried to sell me a new furnace, claiming it was a bad heat exchanger.  Instead, he fully investigated the problem and didn't give up until he found the real problem.  Since my furnace is pretty old, he could have easily sold me on the idea of replacing it with a new one.  Instead, he pronounced my furnace as in good working order.  This says a lot about his integrity and that of his company.  When I do decide to replace our aging furnace, I won't think twice about going with Lifeline Plumbing Heating & Cooling to do the work.

Dennis explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions about how furnaces work. When asking about using a zoned system to help even out the heat distribution in our home, he discovered that the ducting in our house is actually structured to do this.  He explained how that type of system works, gave me a guess on approximate cost and told me he would email me a quote in a few days.  He also told me that our 100,00 BTU furnace is oversized for the size of our house.  It causes it to run very short cycles so we constantly go from cold to hot.  He said our size house only needs a 70,000 BTU furnace. That size furnace would be a better fit for the square footage in our home.  It would run longer cycles, reducing the hot/cold spells we now experience.  I was really happy with the service I received from Lifeline Plumbing Heating & Cooling.  I would definitely recommend them to everyone.  They are a reputable firm with knowledgeable technicians.

  • They are awesome! We had them for the initial visit with the coupon and then we've had them back several times, and I gave him to the neighbors. He came, did a really god job then left. It was great! They come on time, they do their job, they don't bug me, and they leave. The lawnmower is great! I really like them. They are good.

  • dropped off the lawnmower, he tagged it quickly and let me know the time frame. called when he finished but wasn't able to pick up for a couple more days. Lawn Mower ran like new after i picked it up.

  • The service was excellent. The guy knew what he was doing. He took my mower in as soon as we went there. He took just 15 minutes to do everything. He emptied the old engine oil, poured in new oil, sharpened the blade, changed the filter and spark plug as promised in the deal and was always telling me how to maintain the mower in the future. My mower had never seen any maintenance and he made it work like new. Thanks a bunch to him!

  • He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was done with both in less than 30 minutes. Both the lawn mower and snow blower worked perfectly after he was done. Blades sharpened, oil and spark plugs changed, and I didn't have the hassle of loading both into my car to drop them off for service.

I've used this big deal the past two years and will definitely buy again next year.

  • Great!  He came out to the house and performed the lawn mower tune up.  Oil change, blade sharpening and air filter.  Can beat the price and he is very knowledgeable with small motors.

  • They are wonderful. I got a coupon which I used for them. He checked the lawn mower and the snow blower. They are extremely fair and extremely honest. The guy is a very hardworking. He comes out to you rather than you taking it to him and that's a big plus right there. He is just a nice guy. He is conscientious and he listens to you and pays attention. They are super people.

  • He didn't have the replacement part, but he resealed the valve that leaked. It started leaking after he resealed it. We did not contact him to let him know his repair did not work. We decided the lawn mower just wasn't worth it.

  • Mr. Marksberry did an excellent job. He replaced some wires that were frayed as well as the pull cord. He also had in finished in hours when I thought it may take a day or two. I have now dropped off my snow blower for a tuneup.
