  Don't be swayed by slick mailers. Took days to get a call back and subsequent calls took days to return. They did not even know what price they sent me on mailer. Got call backs from different numbers. When finally scheduled, they did not show up. Nor did they call to cancel. It is as if this is a bunch of freelancers working under Kaplan.

  These guys are easy to deal with. They have me on the schedule every year and my price has stayed the same. They send an email to let you know they're coming and knock on the door if it looks like you haven't moved your cars from the garage.

  HORRIBLE!!!! They only filled 3 1/2 of the potholes. Didn���t pack down the filler. The manner they spread the with a large squeegee left swirl marks ALL over. Plus left bare spots and some not covered at all. Also left footsteps on the street past the driveway. I called the owner, Sergio to come and finish the job of filling the holes and told him if the uneven application. He came out and refused to acknowledge the variety in coverage stating when it ���set��� by the next day it would be even. I waited 2 days before reviewing his work. It���s still spotty. He said, you obviously just don���t want to pay. You have a ****** driveway to begin with. I told him I wanted it the same consistency of black throughout. He refused and left. I���m having another company come and repair his work. One of the potholes they filled with blacktop material. It split and peeled up in one day. Thankfully I only paid him a deposit. E wanted full payment before they started. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  From start to finish - excellent job. They provided me with a quote the same day that I called. Their price was very competitive and they were the only company that did not require a deposit - I had 6 quotes for this work and the majority of the companies wanted a 50% deposit. They arrived on the scheduled date, at the scheduled time and removed my old driveway in about 2 hours, the inspector came out that afternoon and inspected the base, approved it and they call out the following day and paved it - they worked like a well-oiled machine, with the owner of the company out there working with the crew both days. I knew beforehand that the owner worked with his crew on the jobs (which I thought was awesome and it was one of the reasons I picked this company), however, I could not pick him out because he was working just as hard, if not harder than the rest of the laborers. When the job was complete, I finally picked out the owner, because he was the one that handed me the bill. He not only handed me the bill, he also handed me card that thanked me for my business and this card also asked me to pick from 3 charities and they would make a $25 donation in my name - very cool.

  It went amazing, seamless transition from having a crappy old driveway to having an amazing new driveway. The crew was professional, the work was exquisite, honestly I never thought that I would get so many compliments from my neighbors regarding how great my new driveway looked. I was skeptical that the work could be completed on time, considering the reputation of many asphalt companies, but truly, working with American Asphalt Maintenance was the best decision I could make. They completed the job in several hours over the course of two days. Everything was cleaned up, the owner was present, and I can't recommend them enough to everyone I know.

  Suburban Seal Coating Inc.

  I left a voice mail explaining what I needed done and they left an estimate in my mailbox a few days later. They came out and did extensive repair work filling in the cracks and gaps in the driveway surface a few days later. Due to rainy weather and other exterior work I was having done to the house, it was hard to schedule the final seal coating, but they kept trying and we finally found a day that fit everyone's schedule. Given the amount of patching repair work they did, I feel they charged a very reasonable price.

  They do little driveways and they do huge ginormous driveways. They are local and they are good. We have a  small driveway and they didn't mind coming to do it instead of saying we do huge parking lots or that type of company.

  All American Sealcoats & Snow Plowing

  . They are very responsive and professional. They used hot tar to fill the cracks so that the the ice and snow doesn't get underneath and enlarge them. They do not water down their product which makes it look nicer and last longer. We've used them the last two years.

  3D Brick Paving Inc

  3D Brick Paving is a TOP NOTCH company and I would use them again without question!  I had the pleasure of working with Mike D?aiello (owner) and his son Alex.  I received estimates from at least 5 other competitors in the area, as the work was quite extensive and involved repairing a large portion of my existing driveway and sidewalk.  After Alex provided an initial quote, Mike called me to discuss the job and gave me some suggestions.  Before I even signed a contract, Mike came to my house twice to review his proposal and test some cleaning solutions ? again, before I had even paid him a dime.

  
  

  For comparison, one of the other highly rated companies on Angie?s List came out and told me that ?he didn?t really do repair work (even though his profile said he did), but he?d still quote it?; like he was doing me a favor.  That same company never even provided me the quote!  Needless to say, I was already impressed with 3D for their level of service before the work even began. 

  
  

  Once I officially hired 3D and they began work, I found them to be very professional, friendly, on-time and hard working.  During the course of the repair, we found that a number of bricks had significantly deteriorated.  3D not only worked with Unilock to get replacement bricks, they ended up getting the bricks at NO COST.  Mike and his team were extremely responsive during the entire repair, up to the very end.  The result; my driveway, sidewalk and patio look amazing!

  Outstanding work and professionalism by Luis and his crew!
  Luis promptly returned calls, arrived to give an estimate, and with his crew, performed the work.  The result is excellent.  Everyone arrived promptly when they said they would and delivered an excellent product in a timely manner.  They cleaned up before they left each day.  The entire job took only two days and it looks beautiful.  Soon they will return to seal the driveway (3 weeks after installing it).  The cost was very competitive (our driveway is quite long) and it looks great!
  Luis was always honest and transparent in our dealings.  For example, he explained options for repairing the walk and stoop at a lower cost, but we decided to replace them instead.  Luis and his crew worked hard and dedicated themselves to doing the best job possible.
  We would definitely hire Luis again.
