We do not use sub contractors. We can give estimates over the phone for residential cleaning. We do not engage in giving lowball pricing on the phone and then attempt to drastically increase the price when the crew arrives by selling ups and extras. We will get as much information over the phone as to the condition of the carpet in order to give an accurate cost based on the information you provide. Our extraction cleaning includes a carpet pre-spray and an all fiber rinse which eliminates any detergent residue. This process helps your carpet stay cleaner longer. We are able to wet or dry clean upholstery. This means we can safely clean any fabric. Commercial customers usually need an on-site inspection. FSteambrite Carpet CareVERY disappointing! I had an appointment last week. They called last minute and said they were running behind and could we reschedule. We rescheduled for today (12/17/18). They promised me that they would be here between 8:00 & 9:00 AM. At 9:30 I hadn't heard anything so I texted them. He texted back he was on his way but was in a fender bender. I texted and asked when he would be here. No response. It is now 4:00 PM and I still haven't heard from him. I have out-of-town company coming tomorrow and now I need to scramble to see if I can rent equipment and do it myself.- Theresa C.
