    They evaluated the problem free of charge, and said the leak was from the transmission pan gasket and recommended draining the remaining oil, removing the pan, installing a new filter and pan gasket and refilling the transmission with fresh oil. He told me it would cost about $200 and asked me to return the next day because they had to order the parts. I returned and they completed the service in about two hours and charged me $185. The car runs fine. While I was in the waiting room the first day, I overheard Andre speaking with other customers. It was impressive; he truly was helping customers fix their problems with the least expense.

    I purchased a used Honda 2013 CRV on 10/12/2015 for roughly $25,000.  The first day driving it home, I noticed every time I let off the accelerator, the car would jerk.  I reported this to the dealership and they told me this was due to the new CVT transmission and that I would get used to it.  I had to bring the vehicle in for repair a couple days later for the seat warmer not working properly and again complained about the vehicle jerking and got the same response.

    A few days later when I brought my vehicle in to get a protective product applied to my vehicle, I again complained about the car jerking and was told the same thing.On 11/17/2015, when I started my vehicle, the car died within 3 seconds of being started.  I started the vehicle again and it once again died in 3 seconds.  Next I started the vehicle and pressed the gas all the way to the floor and keep it depressed and it kept going back and forth between 2,000-3,000 rpms, never going above 3,000.  When I contacted the dealership, they scheduled me to bring the vehicle into the service department at 7am the next morning.

    When I went to my car to drive it up to the dealership, it wouldn't start at all.  It took over half an hour just to get the vehicle started before I was able to slowly drive it up there because the engine wouldn't go above 3,000 rpm.  The dealer inspected the vehicle and informed me it would cost $1500 to replace or $750 to repair the cable.

    I contacted Honda Corporate and the dealership and district representative refused to budge on what they would offer for the repair.  I was told during the purchase that my bumper to bumper warranty covered the engine specifically, but now it isn't.The sales, finance and service staff and management claim they stand behind their vehicles, but clearly do not!

    A very honest shop. They could have totally taken me, but instead they diagnosed the problem, found that it was NOT a transmission issue, told me that I could use clean fluid since mine was bad (another issue from another vendor that was supposed to have changed it!), and recommended that I take my car to a shop that does more comprehensive work.

    My check engine light and ABS lights went on in my truck and it was riding badly.  We bought it a year ago used and have had some bumps along the way.  I called up a little nervous and asked if I could schedule time to bring my truck over and see if I needed a tune up and what was causing the ABS light.  The owner got on the phone and asked me a few questions about how the car was riding, he asked me if I could bring the car over that afternoon because he could tell I did not feel safe on the road.  He said there would be bo charge.  When we got there our experience was fantastic! The owner took the time to explain to me our car had never had a tuneup, needed new wheel hubs, and discussed a few other things he found.  He was very honest and took time to explain things to me in a way I (a non car person) could understand him.  Our truck needs some work and I would not think of going anywhere ese.  I found them on Angie's list and WOW I have never felt so comfortable with a mechanic!  They earned a client for life.

    Multistate Transmissions
    This company said anything they could to get me to bring my car in. They even towed it in for free. That is when the "scamming" began. They completely missed their estimated time of having my car looked at. Once they looked at it, they told me a price for the transmission work and a few other items. I was at their mercy, and the price seemed a little high, but I accepted. What a mistake. Car has never run correctly, personal possessions were stolen, transmission still leaks. Unexplained damage to my vehicle. There warranty was a scam as well. They also "encouraged" me to pay using cash. They did not want credit card as they would have to report it to their corporate office and probably the IRS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
