    The doctors there are very knowledgeable, they get me in and get me out. If there's anything wrong, I just call them and they will get me in right away. They do a double check and whatever it takes to get the problem fixed. I like the doctors. They are nice and friendly. They have good bedside manners. They are available and punctual. They have good communication. They get me in, explain the problem, and get it fixed.

    The staffs are fabulous. Nobody at the office is rude. I have never had a negative experience with them. Dr. John Palmer is my physician. Dr. Palmer is darling. The waiting room is quiet and they keep everyone on schedule. I rarely have to wait to be seen.

    My experience with him has been very good. I have gone to him for a long time. He is part of the MDVIP health organization. It is for concierge doctors. He has been our doctor for twenty-five years. I have already recommended him to family members and friends on multiple occasions. What stands out is the combination both of his expertise and his general practitioner; his expertise as well as his concern for his patients and his staying abreast of what is going on in medicine. He has kept us very healthy. I have been fortunate that I have not been to the hospital because of how well he cares for both my wife and I. Because I have insurance, I do not have billings from him.

    I was blown away! This is the quickest and most efficient way to earn initial or recertification I had ever heard of. I learned that it is used by Health Care Professionals like my niece who is a nurse and she has used online certification for years! Where have I been?  All training materials were included which included videos and manuals. I loved how user friendly, comprehensive and accurate the training was and I secretly liked not having to be tested in front of the group like in all the other classes I had been around in the past.  
    Don't waste your time  going to a brick and mortar class, guard your time wisely and certify on line with the BEST site available. This one was created and administered by licensed certified doctors!  Highly recommend and I will not go back to the classroom again!

    Dr. Sasaki is very warm, caring, and personable. She does a detailed history on you to completely understand your medical history, which helps her diagnose your problem. She makes you feel very comfortable to discuss gyne problems with her. As a result, we were able to narrow down that I was actually using a medication that was causing irritation and problems. I had seen another doctor, who had just dismissed my problem without trying to diagnose. She really went over everything with me, and helped me figure out what things I may have been doing that was causing problems for me. Each time I have seen her, she has really taken her time, and answered all of my questions.

    It is right across the street to our house. It is very convenient. I felt the doctors were excellent. They are available pretty much. They have morning up to evening. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. It's beautiful, newly renovated. Staff is very friendly. Effectiveness of treatment, they are always on top of it. They use online mychart. The report is sent to you via your mychart account where you can see those and usually within the same day because they get sent the minute they are entered in the computer versus waiting for the doctor to get along to call you.

    We can't say enough good things about the rehab/therapy department connected to Rush Copley in Aurora. They were persistent, patient and kind all the way through the process, From the very beginning, when he was admitted to the program, they worked with him at whatever level he was on. Initially he could not sit up or move around in bed. Since he is a big man (6'2and quot;, 250 lbs), it took 3 people to help him move from the bed to the recliner, then within a week, only 2 people to assist him to move from the bed to a wheelchair. The day he was able to pull himself up from the wheelchair to stand inside parallel bars was a celebration. A week later, he was taking 40 steps with only a walker. He is now walking with only a cane! They always seemed to know what he was capable of, and what to work on next, even when I would be wondering to myself whether or not he was ready yet. For those of you who have been through rehab, none of this may be news, but this is our first experience with any type of serious illness and we were just blown away by their commitment to his total recovery in the shortest amount of time possible. It was very hard work and he was exhausted, but his improvement was so clear to see that it kept us excited for the next step to come. ALL of the staff were committed to his success and were totally supportive to my husband (the patient) as well as to me. Therapy was NEVER skipped or skimped on, unless there was a medical set back (of which there was a couple of those). Dr. Keane, who is the director of the program, made rounds every day, talking directly to my husband and I, asking questions, answering questions and giving information. He is very hands-on and available. He is frank and caring and considerate. Hopefully we will never need these services again, but we can enthusiastically recommend the hospital and this program to anyone needing excellent services in a caring environment.

    They're a huge medical group. I go in there, wait five minutes for the nurse, get my injection, and I'm on my way. I previously dealt with another doctor's office that did not want to give me the injections. They wanted me to do them, but I can't, because I have arthritis. I switched over to DuPage Medical Group, and they have no problem giving me the injections. They're very accommodating to my needs. I like both the doctors I see there. My father used DuPage, and all the offices are very willing to accommodate everything you need done. I've had very good experiences with the doctor. The office staff is accommodating and pleasant.

    He's available; if I have a problem, I can get in. The office environment is professional and the people are very nice. He's kind but he tells it straight with appropriate grace. I can reconnect with him between appointments and he's very good. He has been able to help me anytime I have a problem. I've had no problems with the billing.

    They're very professional. When you walk-in within 15 minutes you can see the doctor. You don't sit there for an hour waiting. The doctors are all very down to earth. They're more like your kid; you can talk to them one-on-one really easy. They're very matter where you go whether the billing department; the doctors direct or to nurses everyone is very professional and polite. They have a walk-in clinic and I've used them three to four times.
