    First of all setting up my appointment was a breeze! You can get in touch with them via email or phone. Their response was quick and appointment was set easily! I felt very comfortable talking with Ish about my issues. He listened to me and explained what may be creating my problem and possible solutions. So by the time he arrived I had a good idea what he needed to do! Ish came inspected my AC unit and explained my problem as well as giving me a perspective of my 20 year old system. Which was very helpful because I���m pondering replacing it! He gave me details on replacement and the associated cost. Ish solved the problem with my unit in less than an hour. Even though he solved my problem this time I know I will need a replacement at some point.. When that time comes I���m definitely calling Ish!

    Thorough check of the system, asked questions about prior performance, maintenance, & service. Extremely knowledgeable & experienced, as well as very friendly, genuine, honest & straightforward--no BS. Even though it's an older AC unit, it really only needed refrigerant recharging and a thorough cleaning of the outdoor unit. Very good work at a great price! No extra parts or surprise extra charges--only what was needed. Very happy & relieved to have found these guys! I'll definitely use them again & refer others to them as well.

    Best Rates Heating and Cooling
    Had an appointment between 11AM-1PM and he never showed. He called at 4PM saying that he took his kids swimming. He never called to let us know he wasn���t coming. He wasted our time and we still don���t have a working A/C.

I had some very bad experiences with a different company so I was thrilled to find Energy Services. I have signed up for their maintenance contract and am happy not to have to worry about who to call from now on.

    The blower motor���s bearings on my furnace had begun to make a loud noise. So rather than I���m sure what would���ve been an expensive repair, I decided to replace my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. I called Four Seasons and their representative was very pleasant. I didn���t feel as though I was being pushed to buy something that I didn���t need. I wound up purchasing a Lennox furnace with a variable speed motor, a new ac and water heater. The temperatures seem to be a lot more consistent throughout my home now and I���m hopeful that the new system makes a difference in the utility costs. I also purchased a uv system and since that���s been put in, I breathe a bit easier indoors. The install crew was polite and the warranty is outstanding. Totally recommend Four Seasons.

    Rip-off!!!Stay away!!!!They price repair service based on your desperation. I called them to fix a furnace making a loud clanking noise. I had to turn off the furnace the night before as the noise was unbearable. It was 50 f in the house when the technician showed up. He said the blower motor and the cage needs to be replaced and priced it at $1357. I was desperate to have my house warm again and didn't give it a thought and agreed. While he was gone to get parts I got a call from All-Temp whom I had previously called to get a price. Now since the furnace was opened up and the problem diagnosed I was able to accurately describe the issue to him and he gave a quote of $700 to fix it. After the technician from All Seasons came back with parts, I took pictures of the labels on the boxes and searched the parts on google. The maximum price for the blower motor was $ 218 on amazon and $ 89 for the cage. So they charged me upwards of$ 1000 for the labor. Since I agreed in a haste I had to pay up. The technician also performed some diagnostic tests and cleaned the flame sensor after installing the motor for 5 minutes, but I do not believe it's worth $1000 of labor. All I could do now is to write this review in hopes that it'll help others like me. I've attached the pictures I took of the parts boxes and of the invoice that they gave me. You can Google the part #s for the actual price of the parts at multiple stores and websites.

    Frozen pipes on air return for a furnace. Diagnosed immediately and corrected the problem within an hours time. The associations maintenance company threw up their hands and another plumber said no Mas. They jumped in and fix the problem. Very satisfied

    One of our two furnaces did not seem to be turning on, we'd wake up and it would be freezing. We called on the coldest day of the year and they sent Jason out that day (I was not expecting they would be able to come out that day!), explained the situation and Jason did some testing and cleaning and our issue was resolved. Thanks for saving the day! Jason also let us know about a future concern with the motor, but it wasn't anything that needed to be done that day. That will help us budget for the future. Thanks so much!

    The best thing about this company was the communication via text and email. We also liked that they gave us a two hour window of time for the appointment rather than a four hour window. On the downside the service appointment went too quickly. The technician took the vacuum down to the furnace, but according to the main office our furnace only needed to be wiped out. We have lived in our hime for 20 years, and I believe that every time we had a maintenace check and cleaning by other companies the technician vacuumed the furnace. Also the technician arrived in a van with a different company name than the one we had called for the appointment. When we called the office we were told that it was indeed their van: they also own that company. But they failed to tell us this in advance.

    A-1 fixed my issue the second time out. The first inspector didn't do a thorough job and had to call A-1 back to come out again (after I had my furnace repair person out again). The 2nd crew was very thorough and they ultimately found and removed the blockage. Pricing was a lot higher than I expected (almost 600) for the sweep and a new cap.
