    MJG Home Inspections P.C.
Outstanding. They say you get what you pay for and with Mike and MJG that couldn't be farther from the truth in a very good way. While I thought the price was a little higher than I remembered in the past, I'd pay it again given the detail and thoroughness Mike provided us. Being this has been my 3rd inspection since I've owned homes, I have seen varieties, but won't look anywhere else if I need to do it again in the future. MJG was awesome - explaining everything at the house, using advanced imaging for behind the scenes issues, and following up via email w/ answer to additional questions. I highly recommend MJG!!

We had a great experience with Professional Radon Systems. The entire process was seamless from our first call to schedule an estimate to installation of the system a week and a half later. Everything was explained clearly and time was spent answering my questions. The work itself was done well and respect for our home was maintained the entire time by the crew. No hesitation in recommending them to others who need this type of work done.

The entire process, from start to finish, was incredibly simple and smooth. From the first contact with Shannon to the installation with Eric and Brandon, everything happened within five days. Would definitely hire again.

    Mold Pro Chicago
Company was very thorough in their work and I found them very honest and prices reasonable. Clearly pointed out to me how our mold problem wasn't as extensive as feared and so didn't try and up-sell me on services that were not needed. Thank you for your work!

    Mold Inspection Specialists
The owner, Curt Mankoff, listened carefully to my concerns, made time in his schedule to come to our home the next day and conducted an incredibly thorough visual exam and took air samples from all floors and an outside sample as a control. He showed great concern and called me with the lab results on the very next business day. The report showed NO presence of dangerous molds whatsoever. His quality work and quick response not only saved us potentially thousands of dollars in unnecessary remediation based on the previous fraudulent test but also gave us great peace of mind regarding our children's health/safety. Curt is the extremely rare service provider that is an absolute expert in his field, completely professional and genuinely cares about the people with whom he deals. I could not recommend him more strongly!

    Restoration Techs
They came out immediately. They worked long hours until everything was finished. The company owner came out several times to supervise and ask how things were going and to explain what needed to be done and what they were completing.

    MJG Home Inspections P.C.
MJG completed a comprehensive inspection of the property and provided a detailed report of their findings. We were looking to buy a 100+ year old home and not only did MJG find potential problems, but they helped point out some of the history of the structure and gave us tips on how to care for it.

    DuPage Radon Contractors - Mitigation
Dupage Radon contractors did an excellent job with the installation of a new mitigation system. The process from initial contact to estimation and installation was good. After installation of the system, the radon level reduced to 1.3 ( from 7.0 before the install). Thank You!

The price was average. It passed whatever inspection we had to have. They're fast and they showed up when they said they were. They got there when they said they would. It's a situation where they know what they're doing and I don't know well. It was something I had to do because I had to pass the inspection.

    Environmental Eco Solutions Inc
Things didn't go well from day one. I should have cut my losses at that point. For the initial appointment, the owner showed up almost an hour late. I had to call him to find out if he was even coming. He did some initial tests which may or may not be the most accurate tests but I already knew that I had mold. I scheduled "next step" appointment. After waiting more than 45 minutes for his arrival I again had to contact him to find out where he was. He told me he was still on a job and would be there in a few hours and he came out about three hours later. I told him I would understand if he was ogling to be late but I would appreciate it if he would respect my time and contact me if he was going to be late in the future. When he arrived he walked around, took a few notes and took a few pictures and then asked me for ~$120. I asked what the charge was for since he didn't really do any anything and he told me it was for the full assessment of what will need to be done for the job. I was expecting there to be more technical work done for the money since most people don't charge you for a quote. I told him that. My next mistake was going any further. He told me he would have a quote to me within 24 hours. Three days later I had to email him and ask him where the quote was. In the meantime I had another company come out twice and give me a quote. They were very professionaldid not charge me to come out nor to give me a quote. The second company's quote was quite a bit higher so I proceeded to speak with environmental echo solutions. The area I needed demo'd was a very large custom walk they master bathroom shower. I wanted to make sure that it was done correctly so I asked to find out who would be doing the demolition. He sent me a Web address for a company. No-name of anyone in particular just the company. I then asked him which products he was going to use and he told me he couldn't tell me that. I question that because that seems rather odd to me. I explained that if you were going to paint my house I would like to know what kind of paint you're going to use so I would know the quality, safety, and warranty. His response was not to worry he would take care of any problems. I told him he had been in business for less than a year so I was worried because he may not be there if there was a problem down the road. He was very uneasy and did not want to reveal what products he was going to use but said that he could send me the specs but not the name. I told them that was a red flag and seemed very odd. He told me he would send the specs over within an hour. Hours went by and I had to remind him I hadn't received the specs. I told him all along my target start date for the project and asked to have the gentleman who would be performing the demo work come out to my home to look at it to make sure he could do the work. He assured me it would not be a problem and after asking multiple times he agreed to contact them and ask them to come out. Four business days before the start of the project he and the representative from his the contractor who would be doing the demolition came out and they were on time. They spent about 20 minutes at my home and he told me he would call me within an hour to finalize the details. Approximately five hours had passed and I emailed him and asked him what was the deal? He told me he'd get back to me in a bit after he confirm things with the contractor. A few hours later he text me to tell me that the contractor was not interested in doing the job. He asked if my tile guy who would be replacing the floor could do the demolition ? ? who does not have any mold experience or training. I told him if I wanted somebody to do the demolition and get mold spores all over my house I wouldn't have called a professional mold remediator. That was the last straw. I told him we were done and I was no longer interested in working with his company. He talked Big but was not able to come through. I told him that he was extremely unprofessional and I would not consider doing business with him and should have stayed with my gut feeling for my first encounter with him. I wasted four weeks and now have to cancel my other installation people for next week. I was lowered by his lower price but I now see that was a joke. He quoted me something he couldn't even deliver. Quite frankly I'm not convinced he would've showed up on time to get the job done and I wouldn't be left with a hole in my bathroom floor.
