    RJS Heating and Cooling
Scott and the crew were great!  We got a number of quotes from highly-rated Angies list companies.  RJS beat them all in terms of value.  Some were cheaper, but were just going to do a simple swap of the existing furnace.  Scott recommended some changes to the ductwork to improve airflow and efficiency.  Others suggested the same improvements, but Scott beat them all on price.
Scott was also was the only one to take the time to figure out that the furnace flue could be directed through a soffet to the side of the house.  Others were going to take the "easy" way out and go out the back, where the pipe would have been an eyesore on our back patio.
I was home for the installation.  The installers Bob and Russ were fantastic.  They protected all of our floors and kept me up to date on progress.  The quality was excellent - I'm an engineer and appreciate high-quality work.  The sheetmetal work was crisp and all the ancillary systems (flue gas pipe, drains, electrical) were installed with an eye to detail, well-supported with nice straight runs.  They minimized the size of the holes they had to put in the ceiling to get the flue pipe out, and covered them neatly with grilles.  They obviously take pride in their work.
Overall this was a very positive experience.  We would recommend RJS to anyone looking for high-quality work at a good price.

    AquaTech Plumbing
I called them for few plumbing and heating related job and it was a good experience to start with. I really wish that I could give them A but giving B only because of their unfair and unreasonable pricing policy.
I called them to set up an appointment to connect the gas line and dewinterization of the property. It was very nice and pleasant experience and they set up an appointment. When asked about approximate/rough idea about the pricing, she told me she is not a plumber and cannot say anything about pricing. Plumber HAS TO SEE THE PROJECT PERSONALLY and he will give the price on site, before he starts the work (it would cost $67 cost for the visit though).
I set up an appointment, plumber was very nice and professional guy. He came and told me that it would cost me $385 to connect the gas line of less than one feet..., $385 for a half an hour job....wow.  And guess what, he had his invoice ready even before he got out of his van. Please note that when I asked for rough idea on pricing, I was told that PLUMBER HAS TO SEE THE PROJECT PERSONALLY BEFORE GIVING ANY PRICING INFO.  I requested him to turn on the heating for that price and he agreed.
Next week, I called them for changing a shutoff valve and they charged me $457 for that....(after requesting the gave me $40 discount though). Their pricing works out to be around $350+ per hour, which is way too high, at least for me.
Again, I have no issue with service and professionalism but they can defiantly do better in terms of pricing, if they want repeat business and loyal customers.

    Tritan Plumbing
I paid for a Deal for the water heater purchase and install based on their rating and Rheem brand heater included. Super smooth experience from beginning to end. Quick response by Mickey via AL messages with regard to questions and scheduling. He gave me the installer's name and cell number along with the appointment day and time. Leo, the installer, called this morning an hour before he arrived for the appointment. I was impressed since it had snowed 14 inches on Super Bowl Sunday, the day before the install. Leo showed me what he needed to do with the gas and water supply lines to mate up to the new water heater and quoted cost for modifications. He was polite and efficient during his time in our house. His work looked very good to my engineer's eye and he explained the operation and settings before he left. He left the work area as clean as he found it. I will not hesitate to use Tritan Plumbing again.

Beery Heating & Cooling Plumbing & Electrical
Steve the tech did a great job! Very friendly and professional. Beery is a little pricey but Steve really exceeded my expectations. Although this wasn't an overly complicated job, I can rest assured that is was done properly and very professionally. I would use them again. Remember, the lowest price isn't always the best work product. I've fallen victim to this in the past. I consider this work a very good value.

    Plumb-It Inc
Steve answered the phone late at night for an emergency gas repair and put my mind at ease. He said someone would be out first thing in the morning and accomodated my schedule very well. He stated at the time there would be an additional $75 charge becasue the work was on the weekend and I accepted. The technicial that came got right to work and fixed the gas leak plus checked over all the critical components in the house before leaving as well as re-lighting pilot lights. The price was $175 and then the $75 charge was added on top of that. I thought that was a little steep for how long he was here, but he did a good job and had a great temperment. He also let me know about the angie's list coupon which saved me $10 so that was nice.

    ABS ELECTRIC INC
Obtained a number of quotes and although ABS was not the absolute lowest quote (within $200 of the lowest), they were the most responsive and professional, therefore, Mike's company received the job.  Also, ABS is a Generac authorized dealer. Father & son team.  They were professional and did what they said by when they said it would be done.  No surprises (a very good thing).
