    Haris Inc
Haris, Inc was a pleasure to work with. They did complete master bathroom remodel for us. Also completed few other small jobs while they were here (assembling custom made closet, patching and sanding celing below the bathroom that was leaking prior to their work). They were punctual and completed the work promissed in the timeframe estimated. Ready to give advice and guide us to the best outcome during the process. Very clean. Tarps were used to protect carpeting and hardwood leading to master bathroom on the 2nd floor. Tarps were put daily and removed at the end of each work day. Haris, Inc was conscious in leaving the premises as clean as possible daily with work equipment stored neatly. Have already talked to them re future projects and will be using them again very soon.

    Custom Power Electric
Excellent service. He was very timely in responding to my request for a quote. We communicated via text to make sure that I was available when he was. Installation was professional and done quickly. He took the time to discuss the various options that we had for the installation was adaptive to the changes that we needed to make so that the doorbell was installed properly. I would hire him again for any other electrical work that we may need.

    Mister Sparky-Aurora
We sold our house and the inspection asked for two GFI's to be replaced and the above breakers to be cleaned or replaced. GFI's were replaced. Breakers were not replaced nor cleaned. The technichian recommended that our entire electrical panel be replaced at the cost of $1800-$2200. He claimed there was condensation in the electrical panel. Also, talked about how our box is not up to the new code. Our house was built before the last code (I think 2014). We are not electricians, but from the apperance of our box, it was not in bad shape at all. We wanted more answers before we spent that amount of money. After about one week of messages, I was able to get ahold of Chuck the owner. I explained my side and he talked to his technichian. He said his technichian was a very good technichian. They do not clean breakers, they would have to be replaced. No where in the report did it say anything about replacing the breakers. He told my husband that the breakers were not in bad shape and he did not think they needed to be replaced. The written report we received was worded that our electrical box was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I explained to Chuck that we did not hire them for this reason. We want what we had asked to be replaced. I also expressed how I found it funny that the tech said our box needed to be replaced, but yet he said our breakers were not in bad enough shape to replace. Chuck said he could not change some wording because he could not see inside the breakers to see the shape they were in. Chuck ageed to change some of the wording so it did not seem like our electrical box was failing and needed to be replaced. The attempt was appreciated, but it still sounded like our box was in bad shape. If it was me buying the house I would have made the owners replace the box. Chuck was very nice, he would try and help in anyway, any changes I need to the revised in the report to text or call him. I sent him some changes to be made on the report, more so it could be understood, and a picture of the inside of our electrical panel. I even asked him to please come and take a look for himself. After the picture was sent to show him that our electrical box had traces of previous condenstation and insulating the pipe took care of that. And it was a very clean box he stopped communicating with me. I had to hire another electrican to replace six breakers and certify my panel. The electrician that certified our box told us that it looked like someone was trying to sell us a new box. Myself and my husband watched him do multiple tests to show us that our box was safe.

First time out, we had purchased the wrong fan - however, we had them replace our smoke detectors that were 30 years old with new ones (hard wired) that are also carbon monoxide detectors. They came out a second time to install the fan after we purchased a correct one. Would use them for all my electrical needs.

    Best Home Renovations Inc
We were extremely satisfied with the bathroom renovation completed by Best Home Renovations. We had an extensive job done with all tile, fixtures, vanity, lighting, exhaust fan, bath & shower, and toilet removed and replaced. It turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Every person who entered our home was professional, courteous. The lead person on our project was Alex. He is the nicest guy, and truly cares about his work. He was meticulous every step of the way. He is knowledgeable about everything and is truly an expert at the many things he does. Rebecca Rohan is the office manager and liaison to the clients. She made sure we were always up to date with scheduling of each phase, and is an excellent communicator. She was very good about answering our questions and always returned calls or emails quickly. Steve Best is the owner and is very honest and trustworthy. He and his crew of experts will not disappoint-and we highly recommend them to anyone interested in a home renovation. We were so happy we plan on having them remodel our master bathroom next.

    Steve Martin Electric Inc
This is my second review of this contractor. This appointment was to reverse my switch issue to it's original configuration. Steve's office set an appointment to do the work and it was completed in a timely and professional manner. This man cares about his customers' satisfaction. He is trust worthy and has performed his job with integrity. I recommend him.

The TV install went fine. The motion detector switches do not work. I have not received a response from Steve to my email or voice message. I am starting to look for another electrician to fix my light switches

    Custom Power Electric
I hired Rich to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. He came across cocky and condescending, but I hoped it was warranted based on his ability. I was wrong. He thought installing two lights essentially on top of each other was a good idea. Not only was this unnecessary, but the placement dictated the placement of the remainder of the lights. As a result, all of the other lights were placed haphazardly. The switching configuration doesn't make sense, lights in one group are turned on with lights of another group, making the whole project come across very poorly thought out. Additionally, Rich does not bring spare parts on his projects and didn't offer to go pick up a dimmer switch that I wanted to add to try to undue some of the damages resulted from the poor placement. Therefore, after mocking me for being unable to install the switch on my own, he sent me to Menard's to pick up a switch for him to install. Overall, I wish I went with someone else. Obviously. Rich also does not leave with extra parts. Originally, I wanted 10 lights, but half way through the project, I realized 8 would suffice. However, Rich advised that he'd be charging me for all 10 anyway, so I might as well stick with 10 lights. So now I am stuck with 10 lights.
