    Tritan Plumbing
Paul provided excellent professional service. This man knows his stuff and he is a genuinely decent person! I have had 2 other plumbers for our issue and neither did the job. I highly recommend this company and this man.

Great. They cleared the clog in a professional manner. They were able to get out the same day I called. The plumber and his assistant answered all our questions and explained our problem and how they were fixing it They also explained what we could do to minimize the same problem in the future. They were the best and we will hire them again for plumbing problems.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
It worked out okay. They had to come back twice. Three different people came out. The first time they came out, the two gentlemen looked at the job and said, "You know, we better get a plumber. We don't wanna do the cleaning out of the drains", so they called a plumber and the plumber came out. He did the cleaning of the drain and it was fine but when he fixed the sink in the kitchen, it was still leaking. He left and then a few hours later, the leak was still there, so I had to call them back and another guy came out and fixed the leak. The plumber, the first time, spent maybe an hour for the service. They left the area clean and there were no problems about that. They came and fixed the leak rather quickly. This was my first time using them.

Scott and crew were very professional & friendly. They showed up to work a planned half day to find the bad pipe. After not locating the pipe in the location we had hoped, Scott & crew waited while my husband and helper removed cabinets so they could continue the job on past the agreed upon time, working well in to the evening to find, diagnose and replace the bad pipe. Scott offered us SEVERAL options to fix our issue (which wasn't an entirely easy fix), allowing us to decide which route we wanted to take. Every step of the way, Scott asked BEFORE doing any work. Scott provided a price range before the job began, so we had a general idea of the scope of work. At the end of the day, the work came back on the high end of the estimate, to be expected with the scope of the job and the hours he and his crew spent at our house. Scott also offered to write a Plumbers Report for our insurance in hopes some of the work could be covered, even after an initial denial. I'm not sure if he has done this yet, but it was nice of him to offer to help us recoup some of the money based on the extensive work he and his crew had to to do get our drain working again. Homeowners insurance does not cover broken or deteriorated pipes under your concrete slab if there is no visible damage ABOVE the floor. Unfortunately, the damage left behind after digging and replacing plumbing is extremely expensive, so beware if you're on a slab and have plumbing issues due to age & deterioration. We appreciate Scott's friendly professionalism, quick response to calls & ALWAYS asking before moving on to the next step, walking us through the entire process. Would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for plumbing needs. We hope to have Scott back to tackle our bathroom remodel at a later date. Thank you Scott & Crew for your hard work and long day...

    Roto-Rooter
I want to give 5 stars but can't. In late May I had a water leak. I was told a guy with a camera would be out later. I thought when a man with a camera to check on how much damage the water did to my interior came by the next day that that is what they meant. I had walls and floors removed in my laundry room, hall, powder room and family room. Now in Aug. I had the same lwak. When they came out the original plumber had a camera with him to see into the toilet line. That is what should have happened before per the tech. Now he found a bent pipe. This caused me to file a second insurance claim and to pay their cost up front and to pay a second deductible. If the proper person with the right camera came the first time this could have been taken care of all at once with one claim, one deductible and one demolition of my home. By the way, the repairs were just completed 3 weeks ago for the first claim so I barely got to enjoy my home being put back together before a new catastrophe hit. In the past they would be my first call, now I am not so sure.

    Andersen Plumbing & Heating Inc
A leak was reported in the condo unit below us and it was suspected that the leak is coming from our unit. My husband and I contacted Andersen Plumbing, explained the problem clearly, said that since this a condo building, some of the tub surround and dry wall in the bathrooms may have to be cut to diagnose the issue. The response we got was " we see and repair 50 of these situations every week, I understand the situation, we will diagnose the problem and take care of it". An appointment was made. We received a call an hour before the appointment asking if it was ok to come in earlier because an earlier appointment had been cancelled. We said no because we were out then and asked to keep the appointment time. The plumber arrived 15 minutes late. He took one look inside the bathroom and said "we do not cut walls or the tub surround, someone else has to do it".  We were extremely disappointed and upset, and so called the (probably) owner. He said the same thing. We asked him how come this was not told to us when we called in and explained the issue? What part of the clear explanation of the issue did they not understand? How did they expect to diagnose a leakage in a condo building to the unit downstairs without cutting open the wall or tub surround? They just repeated the same thing and insisted on billing  $130 which they said is their "one hour minimum fee". We said the billing would be acceptable if some work was actually done. Their reply was "by coming out and talking to you we have provided consulting". Yeah right. They just restated what we had already told them and did not tell us one thing we did not already know.  Telling us that someone else has to cut open the dry wall and tub surround  to diagnose a leak to the unit downstairs in a condo building is a no brainer, not consulting. Don't  we know the leak is behind the wall and tub surround if we can't see it? We do not need them to tell us that. Despite my husband trying to reason with them, they insisted on billing at least $65. Again, for what? No work was done, but they insisted that just because they went out to the unit and told us that they cannot do the work, this was considered "consulting".  My husband told them that though we were extremely disappointed with how they conduct business, we will pay $20 for their time and gas but anything more is not appropriate in our opinion, considering not a finger was lifted nor any work was done in the unit. What is more hurtful is that they could have told us right over the phone that they do not cut open drywall or tub surround over the phone when we described the situation in detail, but did not. They should have known cutting open would be required since by their own admission, they are plumbers who see and repair "50 of these situations every week". We were billed $65. We had no more time or energy to argue with them any further that day since we had to find another plumber who would actually do the work and take care of the problem. This company will not be getting our business in the future and neither will we recommend them to friends and family. IF THE COMPANY OWNERS ARE READING THIS, IF THEY WOULD BE COURTEOUS ENOUGH TO REDUCE THE CHARGE TO $20, I WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND WRITE AN UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW.

    The Scottish Plumber

They were the FOURTH plumber I had in the house to troubleshoot the problem over a period of 12 months.  After walking down the problems we were having the gentleman from Scottish plumber indicated he wanted to further inspect the lines from the basement bathroom with a camera.  By doing this instead of just going down the main sewer line drain cleanout, he proved what the other three wanted to perform as scope was NOT the problem.  These companies indicated the problem was a wye installed backwards.  We would have paid less for the "fix" but would have had recurring problems.  The Scottish Plumber troubleshot the problem, laid out the scope which was quite large including tearing up the concrete in several areas to fix the sewer piping and pipe up the basement bathroom and basement drain to a modified overhead sewer system.  They were even able to help with low cost on the spot financing!

The overhead sewer system should have been done when the prior owner finished the basement bathroom but he did not pull permits and the contractor who finished the basement did not inspect the lines.

The crew for Scottish Plumber kept us in business being able to use the water and bathrooms most of the duration of the job which turned out to be about 4 to 5 working days.  This was key with four kids!  They protected our floors with coverings, protected as much as possible dust with putting up plastic, and even set up safety cones after they had dug the holes.  The teams were very courteous and knowledgeable.

The inspection passed quickly and we are back in business on our basement.  I definitely recommend them all around!

Very responsive.  The problem was resolved within an hour of my calling.
Very honest.  I received an estimate over the phone, but it ended up being a slightly easier job than anticipated and the final price reflected that.
Very professional/polite.  Super nice guy and this work was done on Christmas Day just after noon when others weren't answering their phones.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
There were several stages with Jeff assessing and cleaning out the blockage. Gary inspecting the line with video, Wyatt discussing clean up options, and Oscar and Cedric handling the remediation.  In all cases the workers were complete gentlemen and respected our household and timing.  They responded in one day with all these services which was very important with our four children in the house.
