    SAV Plumbing, Inc
100% satisfied. First to respond with a quote. Patient while I gathered other quotes and info. Visited home to be sure that job will be done correctly. Arrived on time for installation. Quick and clean. Educated us. Waited to be sure everything ran correctly. Stuck to the anount quoted. I highly recommend SAV Plumbing

    Ex-Stink Plumbing & Sewer
I woke up to the sound of beeping from my backup sump pump, letting me know my main sump pump wasn't working. They were at my house about an hour from when I called, gave me several options for fixing my problem, and had the service performed in less than an hour and a half. I didn't feel pressured and they seemed very knowledgeable. I would use them again!

    4Ever Remodeling
They responded to my calls and concerns immediately. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. 4Ever team did a fantastic job. He was concerned with how happy we were with his work, and he tried very hard to really make me happy with the new room he gave me. It is totally beautiful, and I and completely happy with every aspect of the job they did. I would have them do the work for me again with no doubt at all. The entire kitchen went very smoothly and clean.

    Handyman Pros
Ken did a great job explaining the issues and solutions for both the cracked drain as well as piping. He also corrected an issue where dishwasher line was connected to sink drain vs disposal. Repairs were completed as he described and sink functioning as expected.

    J&S Plumbing, Inc.
Called first thing Monday morning. Gave them the spec/requirements, 50 Gal, natural gas, standard venting (non-powered). Guys were out by 1 PM and took ~1.75 hours of actual work time I think. Disconnected, drained and removed old heater. They use Bradford White. Home Depot sells Rheem and Lowes has AO Smith for reference if you're DIYing. I had a Bradford in our old house in Elmhurst that was ten years plus by the time we moved and served us just fine. Made in America if that give you goosebumps. They installed the RG250T6N, the basic 6-year warranty could extend to ten for $$ through Bradford they said I think. I asked for a new valve to be installed for the feed, always a good thing to do. I didn't mention on the first call but field guy added $75 to the total. To which, it is some extra time sweating in the new valve I get it and the valve itself ain't free! They had to disconnect/reconnect a gas feed that came down in front of the heater to get it out which probably added a little time. Our mechanical area is well accessible in the finished basement and the new one fit just fine in the old ones place so no re-running of water lines etc.... J&S has a 10% up to $100 coupon on Angie's so I used that too. Mentioned it on the phone be sure to inform your serviceman before he writes up your bill. Basic swap was quoted at $1350, add $75 for the valve minus the $100 coupon and we're at $1325 and we're back in business. I didn't call around, might have saved $1-200 if I ran around, but also maybe not! One call and the work was completed quickly & cleanly. Would use again hopefully next time it's not an emergency!

    Basement Flood Protector Inc
John gave a very honest assessment of the situation, which ended with no work ordered on his end, but made me feel great about his approach in general. I really appreciated his honesty and would certainly use/recommend him in the future.

    J&S Plumbing, Inc.
Very impressed with the service and price. Water heater installed hours after I called at no additional fee. Plumber fixed a problem that other plumbers have not addressed, and was a safety hazard (we could smell gas). I would highly recommend.

    Lakeside Plumbing Inc
I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and Lakeside Plumbing could not have made the entire process any easier. It's always nice when you call to make an appointment and you get to talk to an actual person...and a very friendly and helpful one at that! Chris was spot on time. He was personable and professional and quick! I really couldn't have imagined a better experience. We have an old house and I was anticipating complications but Chris handled it with ease. I will definitely use Lakeside Plumbing in the future and will recommend them to all my friends.

    Alan Tinker Plumbing & Rodding
This was a problem that I wanted dealt with immediately and Alan Tinker Plumbing did just exactly that. I called in the morning and they got to us by early afternoon. One new garbage disposal and a much needed $75 rodding out of the kitchen drainpipe and things are once again dry and flowing beautifully. (I did not make call multiple companies looking for quotes. I wanted speed. Cannot make a comparison analysis on price, but it was well worth it to me.)

ABC Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electric
Not well. My insurance adjuster from State Farm indicated that the invoice from ABC Plumbing was outrageous for what they did. I originally got stuck with a bill for $984. I paid it and was reimbursed by my neighbor. The work took no more 1 1/2-2 hours. The plumber and trainee cut a 3 foot square hole in my neighbors ceiling and spent a nominal amount of time in my unit locating the leak. After calling 2 other licensed plumbing companies, I realized that my neighbor was grossly overcharged.
