    homelyft inc.
The project went very well. The workers were experienced, responsive, on time, and friendly. The quality of work was more then outstanding. The workers were skilled, and very talented. The kitchen is beautiful and both bathrooms are stunning. I highly recommend Homelyft. This company is outstanding and went above my expectations. I would highly recommend this company!

    RBR Total Home Remodeling
INCREDIBLY, this was the first company my husband and I hired whose professionals were ON-TIME EVERYDAY, had someone working at the site EVERYDAY, and did a FABULOUS job. We live in a old house (built in 1897); RBR respected our vision of keeping the integrity of the home we love while helping us make aesthetic decisions. The work included gutting a horrible 1950's bathroom (including a cast-iron tub) and framing part of an adjacent closet for the new laundry area on day one. Mario & crew poured new concrete for the shower base, removed cast iron plumbing & installed new PVC/copper piping, vents/water mains/gray box & 220 electrical for stackable laundry units, added a seat & niche to the expanded shower area, ceramic floor and shower tiling, new window, door casing and floor trim, and installation of new cabinets & glass backsplashes. Mario and his fantastic crew paid attention to details- our bathroom is SHOWROOM BEAUTIFUL!! But everyone-- from Ms. Butler at the home office, to Mr. Folisi, our sales person and main contact, to & Mark the electrician--was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, CLEAN, and considerate.Other than some extra costs associated with electrical, (we expected (and budgeted for) this old house encountering some electrical issues) there were NO surprises that threw our budget off track. Of course, what every homeowner dreads...the final inspection; PIECE OF CAKE! Everything was approved and we are loving our new bathroom and second-floor laundry. Our only regret is that we hadn't known about RBR prior to hiring other people for our other major remodels. We would recommend RBR for complete gut remodels and would only want to work with the same crew! THEY WERE AWESOME!!

    RBR Total Home Remodeling
I would highly recommend RBR. From the first moment we called to get an estimate until we paid the last payment, we had quick responses from Tom and Lee Anne. We are very pleased with the plumbing, tile, painting and fixtures. They made the process very painless. The workmanship is excellent and we are very happy with the results. Thanks RBR!

    Dickson Contractors Inc
They fixed the leak and did not charge me for the work. That is what is called pride in what you do and business integrity. I will be using Dickson again for any upcoming siding or roofing projects that may come up. I recommend asking for Bill, he does a good job.

    Weshorn Design & Construction
The work was excellent, they were on time and professional. I have no doubt that these gentleman are very talented. HOWEVER, $400 for a piece of wood?? Yes, they cut out the rotten part, replaced, caulked, primed. Threshold did not have to be dismantled..easy job, way too costly. I will be asking them for some money back.

Handy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & Bath
2-3 week project turned into 4-5 weeks but communication with Mike and Steve project lead and carpenter remained open and friendly. Work was very good, work through a few unexpected obstacles with medicine cabinet and wrong material ordered. Things that happen during this type of remodel. The crew from HMMH remained positive and willing to do whatever was needed to keep the ball moving down the field, I would definely recmened to close freind or familiy memeber if they need work doen on house.

    JB Construction Services Inc
Jerzy was very conscientious and his work was fantastic. I could not be happier with the way all the items turned out. Everyone he used on my job worked hard to make sure everything was done well and they cleaned up their work area everyday before leaving. I trust his recommendations and his honest opinions. I look forward to using him again on my future projects.

    Redstone Builders Inc
I am 100% satisfied. From the very beginning, Howard demonstrated his committment to the project. It involved gutting two kitchens down to the studs, gutting bedrooms, installing new cabinets, installing kitchen fixtures (dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal), installing all new solid wood doors including locks, installing windows, insulation, a concrete sidewalk, a new exterior staircase, electrical work including recessed lighting and new outlets, refinishing the hardwood floors throughout. Im probably leaving out some work but this is a list of the bulk of the work. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the quality of Howards work. I am impressed with how clean and organized the work area was at the end of each workday. Howards team of workers were professional, courteous, and helpful in solving work related issues. Debris that was stored temporarily in our garage was also carefully organized and consolidated. When the debris was hauled away, the garage floor was swept and tidy. Howard is easy to talk to and he is flexible with changes that I made to the scope along the way. For example, after his workers began demo work I asked to reconfigure a closet opening. The next day his crew was making the change and it turned out better than I had planned. Howard completed the job on time and on budget. There was not even one small extra charge to the original contract. In fact, he did extra work that was not in the Scope. For example, a wood winder stair sustained damage at some point in time before I bought the building. I lived with the damaged stair because I did not think it could be fixed without ripping up a large portion of the staircase. I didnt even ask to have it repaired but Howard brought it to my attention and said that he would figure out a way to repair it. He made a small opening underneath the stair, in the room below the staircase to gain access. This attention to detail really set Howard apart. The stairway is now 100% back to its original condition when it was built, probably about 90 to 100 years ago. I started rehabbing small (1 to 4 unit) buildings in about 1985. Ive used many contractors over the years so I can say with a reasonable level of real life experience, that Redstone is the best contractor that Ive worked with. I recommend Howard without reservation and without any qualifiers.

Kitchen cabinets went OK.  kitchen lighting was NEVER right. kitchen floor average quality at best. Bathroom quality below average.  hallway workmanship was not good.
But the attitude was really bad.  I kept my wife out of the way.  One carpenter even admitted Dave could be rude.

    Swistun Inc
The whole project went exceptionally well.  Casey, the Swistun company owner, spent a great deal of time with us before the project began, explaining what they would be doing, why this would help our roof issues and the basics of roof construction.  His office assistant, Becca, was very prompt in sending information to us, responding to phone calls, etc.
The crew showed up exactly when anticipated and worked long hours to get our roof done before inclement weather arrived.  They were very courteous and professional.  Casey was here to oversee the work.  He is very particular and we certainly appreciated that. The work began and ended as Casey said it would with no surprises.  The crew did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Casey then had another worker come to do the finishing touches, replace siding, soffits, etc.  He, too, was very expert in his work.
We felt that Casey was very knowledgeable about all kinds of roofs and were impressed with his professionalism, his dedication and the way he educated and explained things to us.  We highly recommend Swistun, Inc. and encourage people to take advantage of this wonderful company for their roofing issues.
