AThe Real Seal LLCVery well, our home is more leak proof / water tight than when we bought it some 30 years ago... and is anticipated to remain so for another 30+ years. All the mentioned work occurred during 3 visits spread across some 18 months; but none of the visits required more than a single day to complete. Work was conveniently scheduled and the worker(s) always arrived on time; if not 15 minutes early. A year after our last work was done (the poly-jacking), The Real Seal, at my request but at no charge, even sent out a technician to replace/redo some concrete plugs in those poly-jack holes that had popped out probably due to outdoor temperature swings.- Robert L.

AThe Real Seal LLCOut of the three basement waterproofing experts we called to offer solutions after getting a lot of water in the basement of our 1925 home, Joe at The Real Seal was the only one who seemed to take serious time in investigating the cause. He even came back a second time after we got more water in another spot to see what could be causing it and what a cost-effective solution might be. On top of that, the price was right! We never ever felt pressured into committing to the work, and they seemed confident in their skills to get the job done. Our partial interior drain tile job was finished in two days. While we can't yet vouch for the drain tile's efficacy since we haven't gotten a large spring rain yet and we're still in the process of refinishing our basement after it was demoed for this work, we expect we'll have a dry basement!- Graham G.

Ain Fall 2018 Fernando and his crew installed Drain tile in my basement and as promised I never got water again after years of flooding and ineffective attempts by others.. This summer mold formed on the wall along the stairway leading to my basement. I got several quotes all indicating that my stairs had to be demolished to fix the problem. I called A-Proseal and Fernando came by to take a look on Tuesday 9/3 and had his crew out Wednesday sealed the cracks and installed moisture barrier without demolishing my stairs saving me $$. The work was done in a couple of hours. FANTASTIC!! out

FFirst appointment was a no-show by the tech. Rescheduled. Today second no show. Called company to once again find out where tech is. Waited around almost two hours after end of scheduled appointment for tech to show. Showed tech crack on garage foundation. Tech doesn’t want to do work. Here is what I needed. Epoxy crack repair, carbon fiber mat on outside for stabilization and sealing. I also have multiple rental properties that have a need for repair. I will be going with Perma-Seal who will do this job and will be getting my future business. I used US Waterproofing years ago, it seems like it is not the same company today. Do not waste your time with US Waterproofing.

CMuch better (though I wasn't feeling my best when Mr. Rob and an employee) returned Thursday 10/8/20 to repair and/or replace the damage done to my sprinkler system line during the process of digging during renovations of crawlspace area back on 9/14-15/20 This visit I was happy they returned quickly to take care of the matter by replacing and repairing the sprinkler system area and replacing that tubing from not sitting on top of lawn so much and I am happy to say "they did not remove sprinkler heads, they were not getting any pressure to pop-up because the underground water line had been cut according to Mr. Ron's previous visit and analyze" so once it was corrected, I wanted to make sure everything was back in working condition and tested the system both 3-4 water zones popped up with no problem and spraying water out as usual. This time they did a much better job in how the tubing was placed and system up in running I will attach photos to show I wasn't so much pleased the way i was to sign a contract and/or take down review, but I signed because they came and corrected the issue on one of their worker's behalf and that's a good way of business so as I promised them I would update the matter with an updated review of the situation. and thanks to leaving that review something was done because without nothing might not have been done again Thanks AngiesList for your service in servicing us.

FI contacted Julio and he was very responsive initially in terms of pricing and scheduling. His crew arrived as scheduled. When they left I checked the work and the same gaps still existed. I contacted Julio and sent him pictures. He said they were not finished and would be back, but we did not have a scheduled date/time for that. They came back at a time that I was not at home and their completion of the job consisted of the most awful caulking job with caulk irregularly spread and on the stoop and the house siding. It truly looks for a four year old did it. I again contacted Julio with pictures and he said he would talk to his guys. I then waited for several days. When I did not hear back I contacted Julio. At first he said there was nothing he could do. Then he said he would get back to me. Then he said he was hired to lift the stoop and not for the caulking. Then he again said he would get back to me. He never has. The pictures show after the lift and after the caulking. I paid this company $475.00 for the job and the fact is that I was completely ripped off. I would not recommend this company.

AOur project which was rather complicated went very well. We wanted to move an existing basement window opening and install an egress window. The sales rep, Craig, was responsive and respectful. The crew worked quickly and professionally. But it was Stoyan who was the expert and who really helped us through the multiple steps of this project with a sense of urgency to take advantage of the good weather in December. They know what they are doing. Great experience and we would use them again!

AAfter 14 years, I decided my sump pump was living on borrowed time. Called on Tuesday, was quoted over the phone, appointment set for Wed. Roger showed up right on time, and was very efficient. He even explained that I did not need the higher cost unit I had been quoted for as the lower cost unit would still pump at nearly double the capacity of my old pump, so he saved me $100!

ASteve and his crew arrived on time. The work area was confined by landscaping and an evergreen tree and mulch covered the area. The work included digging a 6ft by 6ft opening to seal the foundation with 2 rubber membranes. After the work was completed, the work area was restored to its original appearance including the mulch. We were impressed with the restoration to its original appearance, in fact it was impossible to detect a 6x6ft area had been excavated. We were very impressed with this job and crew.
