    Power Tech Electric
I was very happy with the service provided by Power Tech. I had them swap out a panel for me and they were able to knock it out in 1 day with no issues. Good people to work with ... would definitely recommend them A++

    Roselle Electrical Service
Dan was excellent from the estimate to the completion of work. Always on time Dan explained what the problem was with the underground short going to garage and how to fix it, neatly by hand dug a 14 foot trench without destroying the sod. he replaced the sod when done and 1 week later I cant see where he dug. Dan received help later and they didn't waste any time finding out what else was on the list and getting everything done.

    Handy To Have Around Inc
During the install damage was done to the surrounding drywall and paint. Contractor stated it would be repaired at a later date, but that was more than 8 months ago. Had to hire another contractor to do the repair. I have included pictures of the damage. All these issues that I'm reporting have taken place the first half of the year. I had started to hire this contractor for many of my home projects with a number of them running in parallel, but will no longer hire.

    ProRemo Experts
Last year we did all of the due diligence you are always advised to do before hiring a contractor and then hired ProRemo. Jerry, the owner, told us the remodel of our master bedroom and hall bath would take approximately 6 weeks. Their contract clearly states that they work from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday thru Saturday. They began work on June 8th. From the beginning the workmen did not work a full day. They arrived 7:30 am - 8:00 am and were gone between 12 pm - 2 pm. Saturday was not a work day. In fact only 1 worker showed up on 1 Saturday to try to hand remove tile from our hall bathroom. She left within the hour stating that it was too glued on to remove without a power tool. Also, within the first week no one showed up to work at all. Upon calling ProRemo's office they always had to "get back to us" because they did not know why no one showed up or they told us they were at another location. We requested they let us know if that was going to happen and they assured us they would. However, they never did. The workmen told us they were going to another job in the afternoon. At the end of the job there was one guy doing the final installing and touch ups and he told me he was just hired and had not really done this before. The project foreman, Bill, had to help him install a toilet. This remodel was not finished until mid-September. (We freely admit that there were 12 days the end of August, beginning of September we halted construction as we had a pre-paid vacation scheduled). Upon receiving our final bill, we had to then review it with them as there was an overcharge of several hundred dollars. Now the Kohler shower doors purchased and installed thru ProRemo are not working properly. As these doors were purchased thru ProRemo, per the contract they are warrantied by them. Kohler also states that for warranty on the doors we must have either the invoice or the contractor contact them. We contacted ProRemo in June regarding this issue and have since spoken with them 4 times plus sent Jerry an email requesting their help. There has been no response other than WE must get the parts to be replaced -- but ProRemo has the invoice and has been uncommunicative with us. Nor has Jerry bothered to answer any call or email. The girl in the office keeps putting it back on us to contact Kohler. However, Kohler must have the invoice or the contractor must contact them........but the contractor has the invoice and will not deal with us and tells us we must get the parts!

    Budget Right Handyman
David arrived on time and began work immediately. He measured and went to get new bath fan. Completed all work and cleaned up after. First time using a handymen man and we could not be more satisfied. Will use again in the future when projects arise.

    A Accurate Electric Inc
I needed a light fixture on garage wall where there was no power, so he ran wiring to that side and installed fixture I purchased. That was the main job I needed done, but I had him change front door fixture too. Al was very nice and professional, and knows the electrical code. I had put off doing the work since I didn't know an electrician, but I would definitely use him again. Highly recommended. Not sure if pricing was market, as I only had one estimate, but I am very pleased with the work.

    Lewis Electric & Contracting Inc
They switched panel and did an upgrade surge protection. It wasn't right, my realtor thinks it may not pass inspection because it was done without a permit. I called him and he said that he can pull a permit but wants to charge me. I feel that he shouldn't have done the work without the permit. in the first place. If he would have told me upfront that I would have needed a permit at my cost that would have been fine, but he didn't tell me. He told me that the permit didn't come with the deal. How am I suppose to know something like that.

    A Accurate Electric Inc
Went great.  Contractor came out and performed an estimate and then returned to perform work both very quickly.  Contractor was personable and additionally was receptive to design and aesthetic considerations.  Passed city inspection with no issues.
