The piece of furniture is beautifully crafted and very functional. It's over 6 feet tall and is sturdy enough for the children to pull the blankets out of play in. AWILLIAMS CONSTRUCTIONThe crew started in June and finished in October. Mike produced a spreadsheet with time, material, and cost estimates for each sub-job category and we tracked each item as it was being done. The crew showed up every morning at about 7:00 and gave us a detailed briefing of the previous day's work and the work to be done that day. In almost every case, they did exactly what they said they would do. They made wonderful suggestions along the way that improved the results and added some fantastic creative touches. We stayed within our budget though we did spend all of our contingency fund (though initially we did not plan to reside the entire house either). Mike subcontracted the wiring and plumbing. It was a lot of effort to stay on top of the project, but thanks to Mike, it could not have gone better.- Michael J.

ASimply Sustainable, LLCSimply Sustainable did wonderful workmanship and a timely install on this remodel job. The windows look great and the finish work on the window wraps were of high quality. They went above and beyond doing extra things that that were not a part of the original scope of work, such as swapping us to several fluorescent bulbs, trimming bushes to provide breathable air space between the yard and side of the house, and twice cleaning up after my sick dog, rather than leaving it until I returned home from work. They were courteous and friendly, and made every attempt to accommodate my hours and my activities and work with us at a distance. I was grateful for the on-going communication so I could be prepared for what would be happening each day. Their knowledge base from past projects was evident, and they were extremely helpful in going over the different options and affordable pricing and showed a desire to please us. Simply Sustainable listened well, added helpful insights and provided excellent work. They have earned our trust and I would recommend Simply Sustainable to any fellow Angie?s List clients.- Jack S.
