    My husband & I decided to rent a home in the Twin Falls area shortly after getting married. When we did, Veeh Property Management sugar coated a deal on a very cute little home that was perfect for our price range. We signed a one year lease and eventually were on our way to moving in. The first two weeks went great, however then little problems began to arrive. First, the windows in the home were painted shut and an old air conditioning unit was stuck in the paint, causing winter snow to soak the living room carpet. They told us they couldn't do anything about the matter. A week later, our back door cracked completely in half and we could not even get in the home due to the fact that our front door was nailed shut. They would not pay to have the door fixed and we had to pay for it ourselves, which was not a cheap repair bill on our end. Then, we noticed large cracks in the foundation of the home that were causing the floors to shift. Our refrigerator literally leaned to the left to badly that it would vibrate the whole wall and was rubbing paint off of the stove. As if this wasn't enough, I discovered mice feces in my dishes while trying to prepare dinner one evening. As the week continued, more and more mice waste appreared in my dishes, under the sink and even in the drawer underneath the oven. I kept calling and calling trying to get an exterminator to come but the landlord never made arrangements for one to come. He lied to us and said that he called the company and never even did that. I ended up having to do so myself and take time off work to get an exterminator. That evening, two cockroaches came crawling out of the living room ceiling fan! No joke. That was my final straw with them. The exterminators came and deemed the property as unsafe due to poor control issues. A week later, we began to smell a rotting smell which turned out to be flocks of dead mice from the first exterminator treatment. My husband and I became physically ill and ended up sitting in our car, waiting for the landlord to call us back. We sat in our car for over two hours before coming to realize that this property was anything but worth it. We got out of our lease with the help of an attorney but they hesitated to sign us out. The management is very poor. Communcation here is awful and the company is only in it for the money. They do not entirely care about the welfare of their attendants. Now, three months later I am still fighting with them about paying their power bills that they are billing me for after we moved out. If you are looking to rent, please do not rent from these guys. They will cause you sincere grief and run your pockets dry as they do not pay for any repairs your home might need. Not impressed! F on the grading scale for sure. Not to mention, their manager will try and email you and threaten you with anger that he was nothing but good to you. NOT EVEN. Talk about unprofessional.

    Their internet service would be a good deal for the price it if worked consistently but it doesn't and I just talked to a tech about it. After looking at the settings he said that we are basically stuck with how it is. Such a rip off sometimes... I'm looking into another provider now.

    I wanted fast internet and that required cable. They were professional and courteous. Their lower rate for only 3 months is kind of chintzy. The speeds seem to be as advertized. The only real problem was getting them to install. Their wait tie was 1 week. So I waited the week and accidentally left my phone in the other room so I didn't hear their call. They tried twice while i was in the other room. About a half hour later I got my phone and found their messages. They were very polite but guess what? I had to wait another week, take time off work and be tied to the phone from 8-5 the day of their service. I am glad their installation policy helps them. It just just causes me pain and costs money. When I asked at work about Cableone I only found 1-5 persons happy with their overall service when they used cable. This compares with 5 of 5 happy with the DSL provider.

    My mother was hospitalized for a knee replacement operation and despite the pain she was in afterwords , the doctors did a good job making sure they had taken all precautions to avoid unecessary mistakes . she was released within one week after her surgery .

    I gave Ken the information about my TV and told him how the picture had lines in it and it would take several minutes for it to clear up. He gave me an idea of what it could be and that he would look at it for 30.00 and if he could fix it that price would go toward the expense. He had my TV repaired in 2 or 3 days.  It is working well with no problems to date.  (01/08/2013) Very reasonable pricing and great service. 
    I will take all my electronics to Ken in the future!

    If you rent from this management company and need any repairs, do not expect a quick turn around.  I had a garage door that no longer could be operated.  I informed the management company of the issue in October 2010 and the issue was not corrected until Februrary 2011. 

    I also had the unfortunate oppurtunity to have the house I was renting flood while I was away.  This occured in September 2011 and work did not get completed until the end of November.  During the process the contractors that were used were unprofessional and painted over some of my picture frames showing no concern of the destruction to my personal property.  When this was reported to the management company,  they should no sign of concern.

    There is the hospital overall. There is one section which is called the Mountain States Tumor institute which deals with cancer. I spent most of the time in the cancer department. They were very professional and very good. They accomplished their mission what they wanted to achieve. I would use them again in the future.

    I have been their customer for 3 to 4 years. I just call and tell them what I want and they will send somebody to work physically on a box somewhere to turn it on or sometimes they do it over the phone or computer. There are ok and I have no issues with them. I just have to talk to whoever answers their phone. I would use them again in the future.

    Daniel's Quality Home Repair built me a high quality blanket cabinet for storing guest blankets and extra sheets. The piece of furniture is beautifully crafted and very functional. It's over 6 feet tall and is sturdy enough for the children to pull the blankets out of play in. It is built to my exact specifications and was done quickly and efficiently.

    I CALLED S & S AUDIO REGARDING A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY SOUND SYSTEM. MR SIGMON CAME AN LISTENED TO MY SYSTEM AND NOT ONLY FIXED IT BUT ALSO SUGGESTED SOME ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT THAT WOULD HELP WITH THE OVERALL SOUND. MR SIGMON SUPPLIED THE EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLED IT. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH.
