    Sawtooth Dental
I had a good experience with my dentist, Eric Thomas. He has a good bedside manner. He's a good guy. The staff are all very pleasant. It's the only dentist I've ever gone to that while the dentist is working on you, his assistant spreads paraffin wax on your hands. She lotions them all up, kind of giving you a mini manicure. It's really nice. It's cool. It's the first time I've ever had that. I haven't had any issues with them. I've been seeing him for about four years.

    Tingey, Dr. Brian J.
Everything worked out well. I've been going to him for about 10 years. He does a good job and gets you in, gets you out. I don't have to wait unless there's a real problem case in front of me. But when you schedule, then that's the time you go in. The office and staff are both very nice. He's very professional and all of his staff members are very pleasant. His services seem to be right in line with anybody else's. I like him and that's all that matters.

    Roberts & Hall DDS

Staff was very friendly and professional. Dentist explained everything well, although I would have liked him to have spent a little longer with me, to get to know my history. Overall, I would go back.

dr bond has great bedside manner, can make you feel at ease when nervous, answered in lamens terms all of my questions. He also seems to put his financial gain to the side and actually explain all my options for short term and long term dental options. the office is also great at working with those who have no dental insurance and will make payment arrangements and offer in office savings cards which a few years ago helped my family alot.

    Tingey, Dr. Brian J.
Dr. Tingey was very friendly and helpful in answering some questions I had about the work that I needed done. My previous dentist told me I needed a bridge and several expensive crowns, but Dr. Tingey reviewed my x-rays with me and told me that I really didn't need all that work, but could use a couple of crowns if I wanted to, but it wasn't necessary at this time. I really appreciate his honesty. I always had the feeling that my previous dentist was just in it for the money, but I don't feel that way with Dr. Tingey. The work he did went very well also. Very little pain, no problem with the filling, and he even ground down a couple of rough spots on some teeth to even them up without charging me.

    Summit Dental Care
My husband went to this provider because of pain he was having in his molar. The pain had awoken him at night and needed to be adressed. He contacted Summit Dental and got an appointment. The first appointment they did a cleaning, the second they diccussed what they thought was the cause of the pain, the third they did a root scaling...The only pain relief that was offered was OTC medication.
After the scaling he was still experiencing extreme pain, he called and was told again to take OTC medications for the pain, although he was already taking OTC meds with no relief. He suffered through the weekend, during that time he took Norco from a previous Rx. Again no relief from the pain.
He contacted the office on Monday to be seen again to figure out if there was an infection causing the pain...the doctor filed down the offending tooth, sent in a prescription for antibiotics, and scheduled an appointment to pull the tooth for the end of the week...and still no medication for pain!!
We are now hoping the antibiotics take down whatever is causing the problem.
I work in healthcare and pain management is a primary consern at my work. I'm sick to think this is considered good patient care!
And to make this worse this is the only provider our insurance uses!!

    Adams, Dr. Robert A.
I found after the initial hoopla of them being so nice, the staff become kind of sterile, for lack of better words. First appt. was great but after that I can say it was lacking in the patient/customer service.

    Chad Dodds DDS
Dr. Dodds is absolutely wonderful! He takes time to explain everything he is doing and why he's doing it. He's very concerned with your comfort. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Dodds will have the staff call back to see how you are doing when you have a major procedure. Overall excellent dentist!! Highly recommended!!

    Adams, Dr. Robert A.
It went well, I have had some pretty serious pain and during the second day of cleaning it was clear that there was more going on. The staff was extremely helpful and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and warm (for some reason I was freazing but it was clearing me). They were able to get me into a wonderful specialist who was able to identify the problem and take care of it.

    Poppleton Family Dentistry
I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The receptionist confirmed my appointment, smiled, and said that they would be ready for me shortly. The waiting area is comfortably appointed and very relaxing. I waited about 5 minutes and my name was called by the dental hygienist, who took me back to a room.
The hygienist was very friendly and skilled at her job. Even though I have had these procedures done many times over the years, it was very comforting to have them explained to me as they were happening. Cleaning is always an involved and lets face it, a sometimes painful process (I find the and quot;noiseand quot; from the cleaning to be so) she paid careful attention to my comfort and did as much as possible to limit the discomfort. She did a fast and professional cleaning.
After the cleaning, Dr. Poppleton came in and compared my x-rays to my teeth, examined them, made some friendly suggestions as well as notations on one that needs to be monitored. He was friendly and has an excellent patient and quot;bedside mannerand quot;.
I made my next cleaning appointment (every 6 months), paid my bill, and as I departed, the receptionist thanked me and gave me a cheerful and quot;see you next timeand quot;.
Overall, a great experience start to finish.
