    A-1 Towing
The owner was belligerent on the phone with me and made verbal threats. I didnt get any where with this. I have no receipt for this part. I will never ever go with the provider again. I will stick with the original plan and that is to take my vehicle to Honda

    Moscow Auto Service
Towed my nephew's car from the college to his shop. Found a minor electrical problem and repaired it quickly and without over-charging my son. The were extremely professional and timely. Did not keep the car any longer than necessary and did an excellent mechanical job. I highly recommend them.

Askew Machine and Perfomance-Jeff Askew South Side
Jeff is awesome! He is incredibly reasonably priced and extremely good at what he does. He works out of his own shop, he doesn't have a secretary to answer his phone calls so sometimes it may take him a bit to get back to you but not having to pay someone to answer the phone (when you really want to talk to the guy working on your car anyway) help keep the price of repairs to a minimum.  Jeff is honest and he goes above and beyond with his customer service.

Askew Machine and Perfomance-Jeff Askew South Side
Jeff was very professional and excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what steps he took and broke down the services preformed. He listened while other issues were explained and brought up options to fix them. He called before purchasing the part to give recommendations on quality versus price on the parts needed and a quote on the installation.

    Addison Car Care
I would not recommend Addison Car Care Center to anyone . I took my 2003 Jeep Liberty in to have the heater repaired , and was given a price of $230.00 . They said the problem was the thermostat and the coolant needed flushed , so I agreed to have them perform the service . I was called the next day and was told the heater was fixed , so I picked up my Jeep . After driving it for an hour the heater was still not working . I took it back and they said they would fix the problem . They called me and told me it was fixed , and once again it was not fixed . After the third time I dropped the Jeep off , they said it would be more money to fix the problem . Bottom line , I paid $320.00 to have repairs done , and the vehicle was never repaired . All I got was excuses from Addison Car Care , and my Jeep is in the same condition as the day I took it in for repairs . I will never do business with them again .

    Oswald Service & Repair
Car failed. Towed to a different shop (Jackson WY), which changed the fuel filter and proclaimed it fixed. Died in same way 25 miles from 1st shop. Towed into Oswald's Service in Idaho Falls @ closing time Friday. They booked me for Monday AM and spent almost 2 hours trying to get it to "re-fail", since they wanted a real diagnosis before doing anything else. Unfortunately, it wouldn't fail for them.
They charged me nothing for 2 hours of shop time, even though they knew we were just traveling through and are HIGHLY unlikely to ever be repeat customers. A+ in my book.

    Addison Car Care
I took my car in to have the ball bearings replaced because of the noise they maid while driving.  The gal at the front desk greeted me with a smile and a friendly face. she took my info and keys, told me the estimated time for my car and said they would call me when my car was ready. There was a piece of the inside bumper hanging down and dragging, I asked if there was something they could do to tack it back up. they said they would at no extra charge.  I had a friend pick me up and take me home.  Later that day they called around the estimated time. I had my friend take me back to get my car.  I paid for the services rendered and drove it home.  it's nice not to be annoyed by the noise of the bad bearings.  unfortunately, the tacked up piece of inner bumper didn't stay tacked up. it fell down a couple days later.  which is why I scored a B instead of an A.  But other than that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I will be taking my car back for future mechanical needs.

    Addison Car Care
On Monday, February 17th, 2014 Addison Car Care, 169 Addison Ave W, Twin
Falls ID replaced a faulty water pump in our 1995 Toyota Tercel.
Within 3 days of picking up the vehicle, the vehicle began to run
poorly, but it was not the overheating problem we had with the water
pump. On Monday, February 24th, 2014 the vehicle stopped running and I
had the vehicle towed to a different auto repair facility. On Tuesday,
February 25th, 2014 I was notified by that auto repair facility that
whoever replaced the new water pump had re-routed the cam sensor wiring
incorrectly and that it was rubbing up against a pulley, and had shorted
out the system. I was also informed by them that the repair would cost
$362.50. I immediately contacted Addison Car Care and spoke with a
gentleman name Chris who said he was the owner, explained the situation,
and asked to be reimbursed for the $362.50 in additional repair costs
that were created by his repair staffs negligence. He told me "if you
had brought it back to us we would have repaired it for free, but since
you didn't I can't do anything for you". I then said to him "I wasn't
comfortable bringing it to you because of what I believe was an attempt
to overcharge us for the service", and I explained why I felt that way.
I then said to him "I had no reason to suspect your company had done
anything wrong since this was not an overheating problem like I had when
I brought the car to you or I would come back to you for the repair".
When I told him I may have to resort to small claims court he responded
with "do whatever you have to do". I said "ok have a nice day". I am
also out $65 for the towing fee, which I did not ask for reimbursement
    for.

    Fred Kenyon Repair
Given the choice of ordering my parts & paying, or having him order with mark up.  I ordered all parts and he did the installation
He has repaired the seat warmer in my auto, and several other automotive repairs.  Never have I worried that he would install addition items without my approval.  I trust him to do the repairs without padding his bill.
I would recommend him for most if not all auto repairs.
