    We were scheduled for a furnace check up on September 6th. When we called to confirm the appointment we were told we are not on their schedule. The girl in the office had no apologies or excuses. My husband said "well if this is the way you treat your customers I don't want to do business with you." I called back and asked to speak with the manager. The manager said "it sounds like your husband has an attitude and it won't be a fit for us to come work for you". Run away from this company, I can't see where they will stand behind their customer.

    They spent 20 minutes looking at the furnace and did some minor work definitely not worth the $150.00. I felt like I was ripped off and that they were more focused about making money than fixing my furnace. I wouldn't use them in the future, I heard Johnsonville heating actually knows what they are doing!

    Our gas furnace was not working properly one morning. It was a particularly cold week, so we were concerned about keeping the house warm and the pipes from freezing.  A technician came out the same day and determined that the flame sensor needed to be cleaned.  He also serviced the entire unit in a little under 1/2 hour at a reasonable price.

    Initially everything went well until the cold weather set in. We have virtually no heat on one side of our house. We got the opinions of several heating contractors in our area, and they all agree the American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning unit was grossly undersized.

    They are not taking any responsibility for the issue even after installing in line booster fans in the duct work. The fans sound like an airplane is flying over the house...the house is never warm in the winter and hot as h*** in the summer.

    The installer, Ted Bricker said to me, quote, "Your heating system wasn't designed to heat your whole house!!" Well w** was it designed to do then you idiot, I was thinking!

    Our solution: Had the add radiators to west end of house.

    I should have gone with my gut feelings after Dwane Lunde, the other owner was condescending and disrespectful to me during our initial visits. The guy is just plain creepy.

    There were two service men.  They showed up promptly at 8 AM and worked without stopping until lunch time.  There was no time spent making personal calls or receiving them and no texting.  They brought all the parts needed, and didn't have to keep running to the parts house.  It took 2 days to complete the project and they cleaned up after themselves, as each step of the work was completed.  When everything was installed, one of the men stayed behind and showed us how to set and use the units, for the best energy savings.

    Our house is over 100 years old so it was difficult job. They were here for hours and stayed till the work was done. They went out of their way to find a heating system for us at a much reduced price for what they originally quoted for us. They were very contentious and did an excellent job.
