AGone For GoodThe overall service went very well. The workers all worked very hard and were diligent about getting as much stuff in the truck as possible. The only set back we had was that I thought we had an agreement where if I wanted to upgrade the truck, they could still do it at the coupon price. AAll Shine Cleaning ServiceThis is the most understanding man I have ever met. He gave me an estimate that was a tenth of what i thought anyone would charge me for the service that needs to be done. I figured it was going to be 3,000 - he said he would charge $375.00. He has to pick up the stuff, load his outfit, and drive many miles to do the job. It is going to take him HOURS to pick up all that stuff and dump it. He even said he would check to see if other land fills would let him dump for free so he could make it even cheaper for me. You couldn't ask for anyone that is more willing or compassionate. He really gets a triple A rating!- Estelle N.

DDefinitive Landscapes & Concrete, LLCDid not provide us a written estimate as requested. Verbal estimate very loose-$800-$1200 but actual service ended up being $1600. Charged separately for hauling clippings which should be included in services at $54 an hour. No itemized final billing. Owner came at end of job to collect payment only. Did not bring all fill rock promised after they were paid. Friendly but not terribly trustworthy, we were very disappointed since we had found them recommended on Angie's List. Have since found they are most expensive in Valley. We have ongoing landscaping, year round but will not use them again. Just terribly disappointed with whole experience. Really wanted them to work out. We are retired and on fixed income...this hurt.- Tamara T.

AVery well. Nicole was easy to deal with and you could tell she was invested in making sure you had a good experience. Car arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. She was upfront about the cost and the process and delivered as promised. I would definitely use them again and recommend Hilton to others.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
