FKnox Roofing & Construction IncCalled and left name and return number twice. There was never a reply. Looked them up on Idaho secretary of State website. Their first filing was November, 2018. (their website claims over 20 years in service in the area.) They must be on record with the Secretary of States office to legally conduct business in Idaho. They failed to properly file their annual documents in 2019 and lost their credentials. They filed documents to fix their paperwork failure in 2020 and were re-instated. They claim a history in the area, that does not exist. They were unable to follow simple procedures to keep their company in legal standing with the State of Idaho. Be very cautious about companies that are that poorly run, who make claims that are not verifiable.- Anthony M.

AJ C Tarasco Construction CoI traveled to Casa Grande looking for a qualified contractor for my 82 year old mother in law. Always concerned that since this is her summer home and we are not close, that we would get a rip off contractor. No worries with J C Tarasco! They did outstanding work, kept the family informed, never took advantage, never upsold, did the job right and cleaned up the site! Outstanding customer service by JC staying in communication and his crew was simply on it! If you are looking for a contractor in Casa Grande by all means call him. ACarlson's Custom Concrete IncWe had the pleasure of working with Mike and his crew today. We reached out to him about a month ago for a patio and some sidewalk. He respond quickly and with a very competitive estimate. He was upfront about how far out he was with his schedule and showed up exactly within the timeframe he promised. Both he and his crew were friendly, polite, professional and hardworking. I love that he took our design ideas to heart and made some incredible suggestions that turned a simple concrete slab into a work of art. Not only did our patio turn out gorgeous but it will definitively be the focal point of our new backyard. The quality of his workmanship is top of the line. And to top it all off my yard was immaculate when they left. Looking forward to working with Mike and his crew again in the near future.- Gina S.

ACarlson's Custom Concrete IncThe whole transaction was great. Mike was very responsive, easy to reach, showed up when he said he would, and was fair in his prices. He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain it all to me during the estimate, even offering to come back later in the evening to meet with my husband if he had questions. Only time will tell if the work holds up, of course, but as of now I am very happy with Carlson's Custom Concrete and would definitely recommend them.- Valarie B.

AUncle Brian's Home ImprovementsThey did good quality work. They were very responsive when we first contacted them in fitting us into their very busy schedule. We live out of town and it was a real challenge trying to coordinate things. Brian took great care of scheduling and getting the crews in the house when they were scheduled. They did good quality work and had great communication. They kept us informed on what was going on and ensured that were were getting good quality of items. They were personable and nice to work with. We had a very cordial relationship with Brian and his workers. From design services and planning to its (almost!) completion, I've been impressed with the quality of work, work ethic of every crew member, and the beauty of the home (which we call Foucachon Farmhouse) they're building for us on our plot of land north of Moscow! They incorporating a few special elements into the house, like the cornerstone (literal, 400+lb stone) that was part of our proposal story 11 years ago, as well as a butcher block island that used to be in our family business. It will be a new home with an old soul, thanks to the care and attention of every worker on the AFC crew. We feel the crew genuinely loves the home they're building, and are proud of their work. ADale Miles ConstructionThe window was placed by another person and was not finished, they left a gaping hole below the window where a pice of plywood was leaned up against to keep from showing. There were no screws, insulation or anything to keep wind, water animals or people for that matter out. I had Dale Miles come to finish instaling the window and he not only reinstalled the window he also made the wall more sturdy and insulated it for no extra cost. He was finished in 1 day.- Amanda H.

FJosh put in a fence and a gate in the summer of 2019. His big selling point is he saves you money by designing his own gates. The gate has 2 doors but only 1 drop rod, securing the gate to the ground. After showing him a video of the wind constantly blowing the gate open, he said he’d put a drop rod on the other door as well to secure it. His last text was September 24, 2019 saying, “I have a drop rod for you and will try to make it over tomorrow.” After me sending numerous texts over the fall of 2019 and spring of 2020, he’s hasn’t responded to fix his poorly designed gate. I highly recommend finding someone else to do your fencing. Poor quality, poor communication, and poor customer service.
