DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I had a Koo Koo clock that did not work and needed repair. I called the phone number on the website and left a message. I received a call back a week later and was advised to call 3 weeks later. I called 3 weeks later and left a message and again received a call back a week after that from Randy Hirst. He gave me his address to drop the clock off at and I dropped it off at his home. He kept the clock for 3 -4 weeks without any contact to me. He called me when the clock was repaired and we scheduled a time and date for me to come pick it up. I picked it up and he told me $190.00. I asked how much the parts ordered for repair cost and he showed me on a receipt that it only cost $25.00 for the part he used to make my clock work. He said he had to keep that receipt because there were other parts listed on there for other clocks he was working on. I wrote him a check for $190.00 and left upset at how much he charged me.
