AWIEMER HEATINGWiemer did such a good job for us! The secretary, Erika, is a very nice young lady, as well as each of the techs that came to our home. We needed gas to be brought from the alley to our home, and a trench had to be dug (the guys were so nice!, they were from KVO) as well as the old electric furnace hauled off and a new gas furnace installed. Everyone involved was just top of the line ~ the young men that came and went actually put booties on coming In and out of the house, and they even rolled out blue plastic so that the flooring stayed clean and without scratches. I really appreciated Doug with the bidding, as well ~ he took the time and effort to show us everything we could choose from, and why and what the differences were. I feel badly that I can't recall the names of the 2 techs that came and worked on everything, but they were such polite and professional young men, and they made certain to get us heat before it got too cold. They talked to me about the process, they helped me figure out the shelter and gas company stuff, and they were cheerful and kind the entire time, despite having to haul out my humongous old furnace. And the furnace they installed is working so nicely! What a joy to come into our home and it's all warm, with no effort! Previously we had the awful and expensive old electric furnace or the wood stove to choose from, and when we were younger, that wood stove worked excellently, but now that we are older, we decided to just go for it and get a gas furnace. Well, we have not regretted that decision yet. It was 3°F last night, and we were literally cooking all night long, it was so warm in the house! After 24 yrs. of using a woodstove, it has seemed almost magical to walk into our home and with no effort, it is warm! I am so pleased with Wiemer Heating, and recommend them to everyone! For $5.5 K, from start to finish, we now have a gas heated home! Thank you Wiemer, you guys are the best!- Carol G.

DWIEMER HEATINGWe had an engineer redesign our home’s ductwork, and implementing it would involve moving the existing furnace, removing some of the old ductwork, and making new custom ductwork pieces. The owner, Doug Johnson, came to our home and assured us his company could do it all, including the custom ductwork. That first visit was great and we had high hopes. We sent him the plans and waited for the bid...and waited, and followed up many, many times (both me and my wife, both to Mr. Johnson’s cell and the office, by texts and voice calls). He literally avoided and ignored us; for almost three weeks they did not return our calls or texts, and when my wife finally spoke with the secretary she was very unprofessional, telling us “I have nothing to tell you” and refusing to give us any information about when (or whether) we would get a bid. Finally, 19 days after the home visit, Mr. Johnson sent a text saying they had landed a big job and wouldn’t be able to do our project. That’s fine, nothing wrong with that—but refusing to communicate and avoiding our efforts to reach him is wrong, rude, and unprofessional. At least he could have said “I’m waiting to learn whether I have another big project and will let you know as soon as I can.” That would have been the professional, honest, and courteous thing to do.- Mark T.

FRight Now Heating and Air ConditioningI mean this whole-heartedly when I say if I could give them a negative review, I would. Honestly, after everything they did if I could get them shut down, I would. My next step is reporting them to the BBB. These guys talk a good bargain, they price match anywhere in town and talk you into thinking they are a good company. They aren't. They know they do terrible work and they know they are getting a bad reputation, so you will pay less. Bear with me if you want to hear all the reasons you should run away from the idiots in the pink trucks. First and foremost, they almost killed me. I am not being dramatic here, the first two "installers" failed to cut a ventilation hole below the furnace and did not run any exhaust out of the house. They also forgot to install carbon monoxide detectors. Well, this whole process started in July, so why would that matter if I was only using the AC, right? Well, a few hours after the installation was complete, my house was still 95 degrees. I opened up the closet with the furnace in it and what do I see? A huge chunk of ice.. same with the unit outside.. frozen. So I called them to come look at it, which they couldn't until the next day so that meant I needed to leave work again (I couldn't leave my fur babies to fry in that house any longer, and my husband was away for a military training.) Now I won't mention all of the times we had to leave work throughout the entire 4 month process of the installation, but let's just say we missed out on a lot of money, thank goodness we have good bosses. Anyways, they came out the next day, took one look at it and said that the first installers had just set the thermostat too low for the temperature outside, so they turned on the fan and left.. maybe a 5 minute visit. They told me it would defrost in a few hours.. 12 hours later, still frozen. So I text one of the guys who had last been here and what did he tell me to do? Turn. The. Furnace. On.... NO! It was 95 degrees outside and that sounded like a pretty stupid idea. So, that is how they almost killed me and my dogs. Had I turned the furnace on, the carbon monoxide would have had no way to vent outside, and there were no detectors inside, and as you know carbon monoxide is the silent killer. We wouldn't have had a chance. Now, there are close to a hundred more things they did wrong, but I'll spare you the narrative and just list a few for you: *They put multiple large dents in our brand new flooring * They did not install a drip pan under our new water heater, which would have slowly rotted out our new flooring * They ordered the wrong water heater twice, then asked me if they could knock out a wall to get it to fit *They put the filter in the furnace up top for a top air flow, when it was supposed to be on the bottom * New thermostat they installed shorts out if you push a button too hard *Failed inspection multiple times, the city inspector called their work "the shittiest craftmanship he's ever seen" *Failed to replace the 30 year old gas line like they were supposed to *Incorrectly fused the AC unit, argued with the city inspector when he said it was done incorrectly, then hired electricians to finally come take a look and the electricians thought they were idiots for thinking it was right and arguing with the inspector *Did not install the expansion tank on the water heater that we paid for. All in all, hiring Right Now Heating and Air was a **** show. There were multiple times we thought about having them rip everything back out so we could go with a different company. We should have. They were rude, derogatory, and obviously don't actually train their employees. The entire process took 4 months because they ignored our phone calls and kept pushing us off. They should be out of business, please do not allow them in your house!- Madison G.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AI honestly can't say enough great things about R&R! They were so responsive, helpful, paid attention to detail, and professional. From Tyler, our sales guy, to the installers, to the front desk, we had such a wonderful experience. Tyler always let us know when he was ten minutes out and he also came over after he was off the clock to help ease the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Installing a new A/C and furnace is a little stressful. It's a chunk of change but it was so worth it! If you are in the market for a new A/C or furnace you should call R&R heating. Let them give you a bid and check them out for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

BI actually dealt with Tuckers. I had to stop before finishing the comment section and the link to Tuckers was lost. Service was good prompt arrival. The wait for the parts to fix the dryer was a week to ten days. The wait for parts for the washer was a week or so also, and I had to wait a week for the appointment to talk to the repairman. A bit pricey to fix the old appliances so we decided to buy new ones. Thanks for your help Angie's list Carolyn Money was paid for the service call. I miss the good old days when you could get something fixed that same day or the next.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FThis is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts.
