FIDA & NORMA'S DRAPERIESIn March called for non warranty remove and repair of a blind we purchased from Ida and Norma's. Do to Covid put us on a list to come to our home. Couple months later called to ck status and woman said she knew nothing about us but would put us on her list. Now in August we called and woman said they are selling and installing but are coming out to do repairs! When I said I would probably not be doing future business with Ida and Norms Draperies she that was my option!- Stephen and A.

I had some pie-in-the-sky dreams for plantation shutters (v. expensive), but Jason was able to show me alternative styles and patterns that are different and stylish. He saved me a lot of money with the less expensive transition shades. When the installer came, he wasn't satisfied with how one of the three shades was rolling up, so he re-ordered it and came back a few weeks later with a replacement. Outstanding service!- Anne W.

ABudget Blinds of SpokaneDana came out and measured the windows and recommended the blinds for the various applications, ordered the blinds and told me it would be about 2 weeks before they arrived and up to a week before they could be installed at our place. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The blinds arrived on schedule and an appointment was made for Brian to install them. He called to see if he could come out a couple hours earlier than scheduled, which was fine by us, and was very professional and personable and had them installed quickly. We are so pleased with them and highly recommend Budget Blinds of Spokane.- Carla D.

ABudget Blinds of SpokaneI got a discount card for Budget Blinds from a friend that gave me a 30% discount on the blinds we wanted. I called Budget Blinds and Brian came out and showed us a large book of many styles of the cellular blinds that we wanted. My wife and I picked out just what we wanted - a light creamy colored and quot;frothand quot; style of double cellular blinds for each of the windows in our new house. This included a verticle cellular blind of the same style and color for the sliding glass door out to the patio. He was very professional and friendly. Installation was included in the price and after talking to my brothers who had installed their own, I was convinced to have a professional do it. We got a good price and great blinds. Brian's son came out (a week earlier than we expected the blinds to be ready) and installed them exactly the way we wanted. Very courteous and professional; he even took his shoes off in our new home, which was very thoughtful. He was fast and thorough, making sure every blind worked perfectly (they were top down; bottom up cellular blinds) before leaving. He took extra time with the slider blind, making sure it was level and fitting perfectly, able to slide from both directions. He also explained everything to know about how to work with the cords to help protect them and make them last longer.- Richard D.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!
