    Turf Pro
He comes by to do commercial plowing from his business and one early morning he was clearing out a neighbor's driveway and I waved him over to ask a price to widen and clear my entrance and he said he'd be glad to help me. Well he came and widened the parking as wide as you could then cleared all snow and berms and moved all snow to my property across the street. I couldn't believe how fast and professional he was. He wouldn't take a payment and said he was happy to,be of service and to call if anything else was needed and have me his card. Over and above what Brian down the street at Brian O'Neill b.selectoutdoorservices@gmail.com 4526 East 3rd Avenue Post Falls, ID 83854 Did and charged me an outrageous amount of money. A+++ for Turf Pro. Linda Photos are to be attached soon when camera is fixed

    WELDING FABRICATION & MACHINE

New in area, have a power generation business, and need a welding shop to do my Aluminum welding.

I had a frame that I needed to have pieces of angle aluminum added. Pieces were cut, out of new material, some were tack welded and needed the weld completed, 6 others were new material, cut to length and match marked as to location.

This shop is close by and when I called the lady on the end of the phone stated they were very slow .Decided to give them a try.

I have welded for 30 years, and while in the marine business had several large welding jobs done for me so I have a very good idea how long a project should take..

I figured at the max 2-2.5 hours as it was a no brainer.

Upon stopping by to pick up the item I was handed a $350.00 bill for the project,5 hours at $70.00/hour.

When I questioned the price the owner/operator did not come forth to justify his pricing but hid out in the office.

I will not use them again ,on further projects I have planned as I cannot stand to be gouged, and there is a very reputable shop in Coeur de lane that I had do some work and were reasonable and fair priced.I

    Sacred Heart Medical Center
Fantastic care of both myself (4 hospitalizations in the past 3 years) and my son after delivery via emergency C-section. Very close monitoring and caring for myself and my family. The nurses, physicians and ancillary staff were great. Would definitely recommend to others and go to for further care.

Long story short is I wouldn't work with this company again.  During the time we rented the house if we needed something done I would sometimes have to call or email many times to get ahold of the company.  When we moved out I had to wait over a month for my deposit back and then we were nickeled and dimed on some stuff.  We have never not received our full deposit back and we pride ourselves on leaving the place in better condition then it was when we got there but never the less we were still out $125, not alot of money but the principal of good business was not there.  I will not work with this company or recommend them to anyone in the future.

    ABC Property Management
We were supposed to receive a report each month and the rent was to be deposited into our account.  Almost every month from the beginning, we had to contact the management company (we lived in Charlotte, NC) to see if the rent had been paid and to request a monthly statement.  There was never any regularity, and not once did the company return a phone call or e-mail.  Additionally, the tenants contacted us directly one month to see if they could not pay the rent--pay us when they received their income tax return!!

After giving the tenants more than 30 days notice, on July 4, 2011, we returned to a house built in 2005 that was in terrible condition.  There obviously had not been an annual inspection of the property.  When I went to the office to get the keys, and request the tenant's deposit--they did not pay the last month's rent--they did not have the keys, garage door openers, or other personal property that the tenants took when they moved.  We received the deposit, and after having the manager come to see the house, the manager paid for the carpet cleaning and repair to the air conditioning unit.  The carpet cleaner and air conditioning service persons were witnesses to the condition of the house--both there at the same time as the property manager.

Eventually, we received the keys and garage door openers.  In addition to having to clean the entire house from the ceiling down, we have repaired the lawns,  rekeyed everything;  have to paint the entire interior, replace the carpet and vinyl flooring, repair walls, repair/replace beautiful wood molding due to dog scratches, and paint the exterior doors due to dog scratches.

The estimated cost to us to restore the house to its condition before placing it in ABC Property Management's care is between $10,000 and $20,000.

    Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital
My Mother was transferred to this Rehabilitation Institute From Spokane, Washington. She had been intubated and suffering from acute respiratory distress. The goal was to get her off the Respiratory Ventilator so she could breathe on her own. She was well cared for when she first arrived and placed in the Acute Care Area. However, things went downhill as she got better and was moved to general population. There are no in-room telephones so that patients can stay in touch with their families. The Administration groused about the cost of long distance calls across the state border to Spokane, which is 20 miles away. The food was poor at best and the odor of it made my mother ill ? even before she ate it. The rooms were frigid during the night and made it difficult to sleep. There was no thermostat control in the room to adjust it. One of the nurses said it was kept purposely cold to control pathogens. If that was the case, then it was not working very well because there were red Bio Hazard signs outside a number of the rooms. These were most likely MRSA (bacteria not responsive to antibiotics) infected patients or patients with other infective issues. My mother's bed listed 5 to 8 degrees to the left and gave her the feeling that she was about to roll off the bed. When she brought it to the attention of the Hospital Staff they ignored her. It never was corrected. When I threatened to raise h*** with the hospital administration over it, mom said not to and to let it go as she would try to deal with it. It was a mixed bag here. Some nurses and other staff were very kind and attentive. Others, should never be allowed to care for people. The doctors can be arrogant and insensitive. My mother felt she was well enough to return home, but the 'house' doctor did not agree. He sneered at her and said, 'You will die if you leave here.' She left, flourished, and did not pass away to his dissatisfaction, I suppose. It can seem a bit prison-like here. And, the Administration dominates your care to the point of smothering you. They won't let you leave unless they think you are ready with very little input desired from the patient. In Summary, you will find some very nice caregivers here, but too may of the others, also. The Administration is a bit like that of a Gulag or Concentration Camp. They won't let you make calls because there is no phone in your room. And, the food stinks. I guess they do get results medical wise, but there must be a kinder, more sensitive way to obtain them. Would not recommend, especially for Washington patients.
