  After it was all done, he talked a whole bunch of fishing with my man. He was very happy to do so. There was no rush, it was relaxed. He did his work first, then he talked fishing. I knew what it was going cost before he came. What he did was high quality. But we was not able, there was a little place that I had a throw rug that slipped on this other rug and he was not able to get the glue from it. I had to spray adhesive to keep it from slipping. He was not able to get that up. For what he did, he did okay. He came right away. He was on time. He was very professional.

  Beautiful job. I received a message to confirm the appointment and another to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time, very professional, and wonderful personalities. They were very thorough, they cleaned areas I hadn't even thought of. The house was sparkling and smelled amazing afterward. All their products were all natural and safe for my toddler to be around. I plan on setting them up for every two weeks. The work was flawless.

  Thor was amazing. He treated my stains with his own invented stain cleaner and cleaned the carpets I had just ruined moving in, after the carpets had been"cleaned" the old fashioned way by another service. He did this for free just to prove to me how well his product works.

  The young gentleman showed up early and was very professional and personable.  He came prepared with covers for his shoes so that he would not track any dirt into the house.  He explained exactly what he was going to do prior to starting, which was refreshing.  He later show me, via video how much debrie was in the ducts and explain how long it would take him to complete the job.  I was very impressed with what he did and the way he went about doing his task.  A++++++

  Everything about this transaction was perfect. Friendly, informative phone consultation. Four hours later, we had a technician on my roof, taking care of our roof full of pine needles. The tech did a great job. That evening, I received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was satisfied. Such a great company. The service all around was superior.   A American Cleaning Bobs

  This is second time I used American Cleaning. Rob came the first time as I thought my carpet was too badly stained from dog vomit to save. He ended up dying it. It's now perfect. This time I called again and made appointment. He came timeframe agreed on. This time I had spilled some coffee on the carpet and couldn't remove which he did. Then he cleaned the bedroom, bath, closet carpet.  My dog lives under my bed with oils from her coat which cleaned up too. The carpets now look great again. He removed doggie rub marks down the back of my couch too. Rob is a carpet miracle worker!
