    Meineke Post Falss
Honest, respectful and competent are not terms I usually use for auto service. Seth bought this Meineke on 9/1/18 and I am so glad my car got towed here while passing through Idaho. I got a major repair done at a fair price by a very competent shop.

    Do It Rite, Corp
I have used Do It Rite for at least the last 5 years, I am a mechanic myself but don't always want to do the work. I always get a fair price and a Guarantee. I have had extensive work on three vehicles to include pulling an engine for repair, timing chains, water pumps, transmission repair, and brakes. My brother-in law came up from western Washington with an AC fan only working on one speed, and needing new brakes. The brakes were replace for just over $250 and the problem with the AC fan was a corroded electrical plug. The part for the fan would have cost $80, but Bill did not replace it instead he found and cleaned the plug for no charge. This shop will only do what is necessary to solve the problem saving customers money. I trust Do It Rite because they have integrity.

Virginia Tire & Auto of South Riding
They were great and I have no complaints with them at all. They were concerned with my safety in driving long distance and they took special care to make sure I knew everything was okay. They were detailed in the information about my car. They went over how everything was working and that I knew the appropriate pressure for my tires and other specifics. I used them for two years before I moved and always trusted them. They never talked down to me, which I always appreciated.

good work fixed while I waited was able to determine what was wrong and fix in a reasonable amount of time, I was under the impression that all they did was transmission work but they do all vehicle maintenance.

    Parker Toyota

They were very fair on my tade-in. My salesperson, Mitch, was great to deal with. No high pressure at all! I contacted a dealership in Spokane Valley several weeks before I spoke with Parker Toyota. I had my car from Parker for 2 weeks before the other dealership finally got back to me and said I could stop in and look at a Prius C at their dealership that had been pre-sold. So glad I went through Parker, or I would still be waiting for the car I wanted!

Took two cars in for repair. They said on the phone they are willing and able to work on them.  3 months of calling one was done, the second had to be towed to another shop. one the car they "fixed"  it broke down 100 miles away due to an over-site on their repair.  Once they fixed it, they never told me it was done.  I had tp call and ask what the status of it was.

I live in another town so when someone reccomeded that i take my car into Jim at J & R Tire And Automotive i was reluctant. The shops around where i live tried and failed to fix the problem. I had paid the local shop over $200.00 to fix a problem that was not the problem. Their other solutions where"throw parts at it until it fixes it",  another shop said it was a blown head gasket and would cost $1800.00 .  So when a friend suggested J & R Tire And Automotive. I thought what the heck. Jim had the truck for 2 1/2 days and was not going to give it back to me until he was satisfied that it was done.  The problem was a $20.00 part.  With labor and parts and gas (as the truck was on empty)  i drove away only paying $120.00. I know he had at least 15 hours of labor in but he only charged for a fraction of that.

I had known for some time that I needed my struts replaced but had to wait until I had the money. I scheduled my appointment for a Monday which is my only weekday off. I dropped my car off and used the dealerships shuttle service. It is wonderful that they provide a ride to and from the dealership when having work done on your car. Mike, the service manager, called a few hours later and told me that the rear spindles would need to be replace as the bolts broke off when trying to replace the struts. The parts would have to be order from out of state. Mike offered to pay for a rental car while mine was being fixed. He sent the shuttle drive out to my house who then took me to car rental agency. The next day Mike again called saying the found another part they would have to order to be shipped in. He told me to continue using the rental car until mine was ready. I was unable to make it to the dealership before they closed the day my car was done. Again Mike told me to just bring the rental by the next day when it was convenient for me. When I finally came to pick up my car Mike said it was having the headlights polished out. He said he notice how scuffed and dull they were so he had them resurfaced. This he did out of shear kindness and generosity at no charge. Mike also took me in to the service garage and introduced me to the mechanic that worked on my car. The mechanic showed me the old spindle with the broken bolts and all the other old parts. Mike went over my entire bill with me so I would understand all the charges. He even gave me a discount on some of the parts which amount to about $200.00. Add that to the 3 days of courtesy car rental and you have a very well taken care of customer. I did take the car back a day or so later to get the alinement done, which again, Mike covered this as a courtesy. I certainly didn't want to have to spend as much as did but this is the only car I have and depend on it. It now drives like a dream and I feel very safe. I've never had such exceptional service from a dealership and will continue to use Midway Chrysler for all my services. On a side note. If you have your car worked on in the morning you will be treated to fresh baked cookies. They are prepared right in the service lounge along with the fresh coffee. Nice little treat.
