All About Remodeling and Handyman Services
Rocky Mountain Cabinets provided. Not very best quality, but good construction. Somewhat troublesome install. Classic Marble did counter tops, great. Contractor did plumbing and touch up. Really come out fine! Good Price. $4,000 below next bid.

    J & J Construction
J&J did a wonderful job. Scott and Jerry and their team were professional, clean, punctual, and communicative, letting us know what was happening at every stage. Their subcontractors were excellent, and they kept to their timeline, even considering holidays and the few hiccups that inevitably arise in a big job. If they said they would be there at 8am, they were there at 8. We would definitely hire them again!

    J & J Construction
Very Well. They are professional and able to work to repair and solve anything that comes up during the remodel. They took about a week or so and were friendly and professional. Thank you Scott and his co worker Bill.

    J & J Construction
Jerry Stuart was very responsive and provided help immediately for the project. Working around a home owner's project is difficult at best, but as I completed my part of the project Jerry had his contractors on site within days. The tile installers J&J sent were perfectionists and the wall tiling was finished ahead of estimated time and the completed job looked much better than originally designed. The tile installers were friendly and meticulous resulting in a job well beyond our expectations. I cannot recommend J&J more highly for any bathroom construction or remodel.

    Hooked On Construction
Arrived on monday at 9am as agreed. Keith made quick work of the first side of the wall demolition. The most impressive aspect of his work throughout, and at the end of the first day; was how clean he maintained the work area! So, he worked quickly and cleaned things up as he worked. A very cool thing is that he used visqueen and collapsible poles to barrier off the work area, again with keeping the work area and more importantly the non work areas separated and clean. As he finished the demolition of one area, he and quot;finishedand quot; off the edges of the work area to provide a clean edge to work with for future finishing work. The second day, again arriving promptly, he set up structural supporting walls, removed the walls 2x4's and and installed the header beam. The last day, he tore down the living room side of the wall. Again keeping inside and outside work areas clean with visqueen barriers and paid special attention to the hardwood floor by protecting it from damage. He finished the job as specified and removed all the demolition material. Overall, completely professional craftsmanship and work ethic

    Paul Davis Restoration
I work for an insurance agent, and have heard nothing but good feedback from customers who had Paul Davis do any sort of clean up and restoration for a claim. I have been told that the tech crews are professional, courteous, detailed, and will go out of their way for a customer. They stay on the job until it is completed to the customer's satisfaction. And they also stay in contact with our agency to keep us apprised of the progress. Their director of marketing, MariLynn, is also very friendly and very knowledgeable in her company. She will bend over backward to assist both customers and insurance companies to make sure everyone is completely satisfied.

    Pro Marble
The Tyvarian Marble was a more expensive choice that was based on the reported durability and and overall look of the product. The information I was provided was through a website to a different company that apparently provides the raw materials for Pro Marble to make the products needed. I was very pleased with the walk-in shower which was a replacement for a tub/shower.Three walls and ceiling were covered in the marble, and a recessed nook was built for shampoo, etc. The glass door installers were very pleased with the way the edge was sloped to provide a good support for the glass.
The counter top and a small adjacent shelf were a concern. The first attempt had many inperfections, which were not noticed by the installer. My general contractor contacted the company and the owner came out, and a new top was to be delivered the next week.  That one was damaged and the owner showed up at the arranged time to explain that it would need to be re-done. The small shelf was discussed and he said that would be replaced. The third counter top was installed, with some other imperfections, but the shelf was lost at the shop, so another would need to be made. When I pointed out the imperfections in the counter, the reply was that it, (the Tyvarian product) was a developing process and not perfected yet. The shelf arrived a week later, and to my eye, did not match. My contractor worked through the issues and the final product was installed and I've accepted the flaws in the counter top.
The Pro Marble staff was less than neat. They did not clean up as well as I expected. They did keep a professional manner and worked with my contractor well.

    Keith A Uehlein
I had some ideas for a walk-in shower and removal of my tub. As the project developed, many ideas evolved and the end product is not my original plan. Keith worked with my changes without any problems and helped me to envision the end results. He helped my decide on the product for the shower - Tyvarian Marble - and arranged for the plumber, marble installation and glass enclosure folks. Keith was always professional, very neat and considerate of my home and yard. He cleaned up at the end of every day and was present when subcontractors worked. I had an issue with the marble (form of cultured marble) countertop, and Keith worked through this with me, arranging for reinstallations and sharing my concerns with the subcontractor. While certainly not the least expensive bid, Keith was the cleanest, most concerned contractor I ever worked with.

    Valenty Construction
He is a perfectionist, which worked to my advantage and disadvantage: the finished work is high quality, but it took him a long time to complete it. He had been working for other people and had gotten his contractor's license, bonding and insurance immediately before he began working for me. He gives clearly written, detailed estimates and then follows them. However, when he was working for me he was still learning to be self-directed; the work would have gone faster if I'd given him lists of tasks in the order in which I wanted them completed. However, this is a matter of experience.
He is a very clean and tidy workman, and very honest. He was in my house without me for a couple of weeks after I moved in, and was perfectly trustworthy.
I will definitely call him again when I need work.

    Richard Of Riverdale
My mother (age 70) contracted Richard of Riverdale to remodel her bathroom for her handicapped aunt who was moving in with her in a month. He was to order and install a walk-in jetted tub and a taller toilet. He removed the existing tub and toilet before he ordered the walk-in tub which took months to receive. The contractor could not be reached by phone and would not return calls when messages were left. My elderly mother was very stressed over her bathroom being in such disarray, even after her aunt showed up, that she had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital. Two months after being contracted for the job, he said it was complete. The tub did not have a fast drain system in it as was promised, the marble tile work above the tub was uneven with corners of the tile sticking out here and there and the tub door leaked. Again there was no response to phone calls made to the contractor. We finally gave up on contacting him about the situation.
