Gavin was very personable, respected our desire for social distancing worked very hard and showed amazing bravery climbing up a ladder to reach windows that reached heights of almost 30 feet and following through with the invoice I requested via email. Their punctuality is always something that I rely on and am thankful for. Their employees are very professional and courteous. The latest rental had very dirty carpets in the living area and they were able to get the spots out and everything looked as good as new when finished. I also had them steam clean the mini blinds. AMr. Steam LLCCalled, made an appointment for estimate. She came out and to measure, gave me a presentation on what they do on a flip chart. Explained the protectant and gave me a quote. I made appointment for the next Friday. They called me the day before to remind me and they showed up early! Two guys came and were very careful about the wood floors laying cloth tarps under all their equipment hoses. They were done in 2 hrs. He had me look at the carpets before he gave me the receipt. Also left booties if I needed to walk on the carpets before they were dry. The whole thing was very professional.- Jill C.

FWas a very terrible experience. After a slow start, they picked up their game and tried to complete the job within the two weeks as promised. They started on 10/1/2015 and the job is still not done. I have since elected to not allow them back into my home as they have knocked out some electrical outlets, left me with no heat in the bedroom, office, and bathroom. With temperatures in the low teens for a few weeks in December this was a challenge. They damaged my wife motorcycle while moving things around in the garage. There is still work to be done such as the counter in the master bath is not compete, no caulk, and faucets still leak. There is a hole in the carpet in the master bedroom.
