ATaken my car to the shop 3 times. First was for air conditioner. Thought it might be a major part but he changed some minor parts and it worked much better. Second time was for standard oil change. He showed me the oil pan started leaking, but said it wasn't bad enough to fix yet. Told me what to watch and said it could be fine for many more months. Most recently, battery light was coming on. Thought it might be alternator but he did 20 minute test and it worked fine. Instead we did the cheaper fix and installed new battery. Feel they have been honest. He could have recommended a more expensive repair but was honest and did the more reasonable repair.

DBeware. They charged me double shipping even after I told them I would wait so I wouldn’t have to pay two shipping fees. The last item was a fuel pump that I had a problem with. I have made 4 calls to ask for help with no return call. Poor

FThe whole process was a nightmare from the get go. Everything from lost paper work to back pedaling on what they will give for a trade in. Got two different stories about the vehicle being traded from two different techs which screams quality. Sales was pushy and not really interested in what we were looking for.

CThey replaced the lights okay but lost original tire knob and replaced it with another one that did not match the other three tires. They took three hours just to do a simple job and they told me it would be finished in 45 minutes. If I knew it was going to take that long, I would have left the car there and come back for it later. Overall work done was okay but definitely don't expect them to hurry.

BTheir price is a little high. I was a little frustrated because when I called the first time, they said that they would provide me information about my vehicle and the problem that I might be having with it when I went to have the oil changed. They said that the office told me wrong and said that they do not do that. They said that I would have to make an appointment with the other office in the other side that does the repair work to do that. So, I had to wait another week before I brought it in to have them check it out. So, that was frustrating to me because I was going to Boise and I wanted to get this work done. The office gave me the wrong information to begin with.

ALES SCHWAB TIRE CENTERI arrived early afternoon and there were many customers already waiting for service. I noticed many professional trucks and vans that use Les Schwab also. When I got to the counter I was told it would be about an hour or more wait. I met some family there and the time passed quickly and the work was done within the time stated. They placed my tires that were removed into yellow plastic bags for summer storage, I will return to have my studded tires placed on again this winter.- MJ H.

BLES SCHWAB TIRE CENTEREverything went fine, had to wait for another motorhome being serviced, they completed mine in less than 1 hour. I have purchased tires from them several times, and I have had brakes repaired 5-6 years ago and everything is fine. The best part is there are several location around the west, and you never have to pay for an inspection, or have your tires air pressure checked- Glen N.

BAUTO ZONEWent in to see if they had the parts I needed for my 1969 Mustang. Not only did they have them, but they were willing to install them too. Now I can see in the dark and when it rains!- Andrew S.

DMeineke Car Care CenterWe found out antifreeze was dripping on the manifold. There was not much they could do so they put some stuff in to seal the crack and we haven't had a problem since. But, I also had them change the oil and check my tire pressure. They didn't fill the oil and when I got home I had two almost flat tires. They were friendly. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay. The work they did do seemed half as**d to get me out of the way because they had other thenings to do. They did expalin the work they did.- Julie H.

DRHINO LININGS OF POCATELLOWe were quoted a price for 2 truck beds, took the beds in to be sprayed. When we picked up the beds, they had almost doubled the quote we'd been given. The reason: a customer had not paid his bill and so we were to pay it and we could collect from the customer! As business owners, we've never ran into this before. We did not allow them to bully us into paying the additional charges given to us. One of these beds was for an insurance claim - so OUR customer was the insurance company. The other bed was for OUR business use. The above 'non' paying customer had nothing to do with us. I know this sounds bazaar, but this was their thinking! We actually had to threaten to use a neighboring business' forklift to load our truck beds as they refused to load them until they were paid. We have no problem paying our own bills, but refuse to pay for others as we do not have that kind of money. We will not do business with them again, as there are others in the area that do similar types of linings.- LaRee U.

DHenry's LocksmithIt cost me $140 to have the rebuilt column installed in the truck, just a labor charge and probably pretty good considering it has to be put thru the firewall of the truck and all the wiring changed as well as the steering wheel. However, once installed by a professional mechanic it was pretty much a nice looking disaster. On the old column the only real problem was that it was hard to start the truck because the key switch was out of line, took two hands. On the new column it now only takes one hand to start the truck but the windshield wipers now run all the time in fast mode. Apparently he did not restore that part. And it is not the wiper motor as Henry seems to think, the switch in the column controls the on/off and speed. Also, the turn signals now work as they did before but now when you return the steering wheel to the center the turn signals are no longer canceled automatically. You have to manually turn them off. Fortunately these are the only accessories on the column, nothing else to mess up (haven't checked the speed control). I have contacted Henry via email thru ebay and all he says is to return the column and he will return the purchase price, the old ebay response. Problem is it would cost me another $140 to have the column removed and $30 to ship it back, good ole Henry does not seem to realizes the associated costs he causes people when he produces poor work and then sells it to unsuspecting people. This is not an option.- Robert W.

FWalmart Supercenter - Twin FallsIt took Approx. 3 hours to buy and install the tires. I have tried to get them rotated several times and was told it would take anywhere from 11/2 to 2/12 hours to do. I had to get them rotated at another business at a cost to me. After I bought these tires (Goodyear) I found out these tires were made for Wall Mart and the guarantee was only good at Wall Mart. I do not recommend this company for any tire purchase. The prices might look good but the after sales service makes this purchase not worth it- william s.
