I have used them since 2003. My son has had heart problems for the last eight months. My son was hospitalized with a bad infection after having a heart attack. Every time he had an appointment he ended up in the hospital. He has been to twelve hospitals who always give him aspirin and send him home. He is now taking twelve aspirin when the maximum allowed is six per day. I asked that they go see my son in the hospital. I received a call stating they don?t see patients in the hospital and I made them feel uncomfortable and threatened for asked to have them send the doctor to see my son in the hospital when he had a heart attack. They told me if I cannot be nice to their employees that I should go somewhere else. I reminded them of the Hippocratic Oath of first do no harm.

I was told that it was ready at Walgreens pharmacy. I got part of it the rest of it was wrong, i got the third it was right. They need better training for their nurses and better listing skills, cause the nurse that i spoke over the phone was very rude. They have women nurses, but they act as a guy they have the attitude of man.

I keep telling him about the pain in my back but he won't listen.

I've been asking for a motorized wheelchair or scooter but he says I don't qualify because I can still walk. I told him my legs have gotten worse and I can't do this anymore.  He's not listening and he hasn't read all of my medical records.  He refused to read them and asked to be given a break. I guess he's an F because he doesn't listen to his patients or what they say. He wants me to go to my past doctors to pick up my medical records so that he can read them because he says that it's too much work.  He makes me go to previous doctors because he says it's not his job.

He's given me the wrong medication before on several because he didn't read my medical records and it made me very sick.  He told me that it was my responsibility to tell him what I can't have but it's his job to read my records!

When i went to them I gave them a list of medications I needed, they forget to put in the information for my medication so they had the nerve to call me and ask me how much I needed and how often I took it.

I saw a nurse practitioner. He said they couldn’t treat me for the flu, so I would basically have to just come home and let it run its course. He gave me a prescription for a cream I needed. When I called back because of issues at the pharmacy with the prescription, I said the insurance company wouldn’t pay for the cream. He said they would take care of it. Now I have three tubes of cream to mix together and put on, which no one has been able to explain to me how to mix them together. I called him back again to tell him this, he said he didn’t know anything about it and I would have to check with the pharmacy. No one at the pharmacy could answer this for me, so it is still unresolved. I think they could have done a better job handling the situation.  They have a lot of room for improvement in terms of communication with their patients.

    John Pinto MD
Dr. Pinto is friendly and caring and listens attentively.  He is a doctor who cares about his patients and actively seeks to offer solutions to make my breathing easier and better while trying to keep me off steroids for as long as possible.  I will continue to see him.

I saw them about a month ago. In regard to my experience, they are very very careful. It was interesting that they could not find a marker that they needed to go ahead and do breast surgery, so they called it off the morning of the surgery. They were that careful. They said that come back in another six months and we will take a look. I would definitely recommend them and say definitely go to them. They are willing to sit and talk all along the way. Everyone involved in that surgical department for the breast care is very careful to sit there, talk to you, explain everything, ask if you have got any questions.
