  General cleaning was done well. I had asked for a deep cleaning, but got general cleaning. The window tracks and patio door track were not cleaned, but I assumed that was done in a deep cleaning. Everything else was done well and I was charged for a general cleaning rather than a deep cleaning, so they were honest with what they had done.

  During a recent visit to my moms I discovered she was having trouble keeping up with her house work. She is 85 years old and with health problems this is understandable. I called a couple of local companies to have them come out for estimates. Trina responded right away. Arrived in person to do a thorough estimate of a deep clean and then routine cleanings there- after. The other companies were also nice and professional, but we liked Trina the best. She is retired Air Force, my mother-had also served in the Air Force so it was a good fit. Since I was only going to be in town for a week, they squeezed us in so that I would be able to observe the cleaning. The crew arrived right on time, brought in all cleaning supplies and equipment and proceeded with the job. I was very impressed with their methods. They scrubbed all floors on hands and knees, the bathroom fixtures looked brand new, a million nick-nacks, pictures and furniture all dusted, blinds cleaned��� Cabinet fronts, baseboards and all wood work scrubbed. Appliances all wiped down. Silk flower arrangements cleaned. I could go on. It was a stressful time for my mom, and they all treated her with kindness respect and understanding. They struck up friendly conversations with her while they worked. The supervisor of the job did a walk-through with me to make sure all was completed to satisfaction. I cannot recommend Trina's cleaning enough. Thank you so much!

  Amazing job!! They definitely went above and beyond than what my expectations were. They got spots that I thought will never go away. Amazing job! Very professional ladies.   Kandy and TJ have given excellent service and are very professional. TJ always calls if there is any change in arrival time. He is very responsive to my needs in scheduling. Our floors, which are 15 years old, look the best they have in years. There is good attention to detail and care taken when moving various pieces of furniture, etc..   I moved out of a home I sold and into a rental. Lindsey was professional in her cleaning of both the sold home and rental. She stayed focused and never stopped until all the cleaning was accomplished. Final inspection showed excellent cleaning in relative short time. Very friendly and listened to our needs.   Nikki's Cleaning SErvice

  We have been very pleased with Nikki's services and attention to detail. Our breakroom, bathrooms and offices have never looked better! Our ceramic tiles in the office are clean and no residue remains on them as was an issue with our previous providers. If I have noticed something that needs some extra attention, I just shoot her an email or text and she tackles it on the next cleaning. Since she is her own boss, there is no going through upper management to get issues with cleaning corrected, if you have any issues you go directly through her alone, which is a much better experience than I have had in the past with large janitorial corporations. Her rates are very reasonable and I have not had issues with her as I have had with previous cleaning providers that I have hired (spotty cleaning, different personnel from week to week due to turnover within cleaning company, areas neglected during cleanings, etc). There has been an incident where our door had been left unlocked but the alarm had been set and that is the reason for the "B" grade on professionalism. I brought this to her attention and there has not been another incident. Due to the experiences I have had with Nikki, both in my home and at work, when my mother was looking for a housekeeper I gave her Nikki's number and she has now cleaned for my mother on two occasions and believe that she is now on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule for her as well.

  Harris Cleaning

  Janine did an incredible job. I have had other cleaners, but she runs circles around them. I could have definitely used a white glove to inspect her work and it still would have come back spotless. I am telling all my friends about her.
