ABerger's Table Pad FactoryWe received the pads, they are exactly as we ordered, seem to be excellent quality. We would certainly use this company again. The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). We thought they would probably email us when they received the order and/or let us know about when to expect it to be filled. What did happen was that after a while, we called, and got that confirmation and estimated time over the phone.- Timothy B.

AJIM'S APPLIANCE AND FURNITUREWe had the BEST experience working with Ken at Jim's Appliance. Needed a new front-load washer and dryer. Did my research and thought we wanted a Maytag. Worked with Ken to confirm dimensions and realized the model we wanted wouldn't fit in our space. He helped us consider alternatives and got a set of LGs lined up for delivery. Only hang-up -- was going to take 10 days with the holiday to be delivered. Without missing a beat, Ken offered to get a loaner washer delivered to our house within the next couple of days until our set came in. I cannot believe this service. The team is also going to deliver and install our new set and remove our old set at no additional cost. We wouldn't get this kind of service from a big old box chain. I encourage everyone in the Treasure Valley to shop local. The service and expertise cannot compare.- L. Michelle H.

AMcDowells Specialty RepairIt went GREAT. I asked first if the piece of furniture was as well made as I thought. He agreed that it was and he gave me several different options. In order to keep the lines of the furniture, he cut the legs. I was afraid that it would look silly, but it did not. He was able to alter the legs such that it looks like they came that way. He checked in with us by phone to make sure that he was going to deliver what we wanted when he had a question about the fabric. He had told us that it would take a week to complete the job, and we were very pleased to get everything back in three days! Another highly rated shop was charging about the same rate for the job, but it was going to take 2 - 4 weeks. This is a small shop, so it is best to call ahead to make sure he is there, as he does leave the shop for lunch.- S J.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. Although it was possible to schedule the day of the appointment beforehand, it was not possible to get the time frame until a few hours before the appointment itself. It would be more convenient if it was possible to also schedule a range of time before the day of the appointment.

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more.
